re: JULY 2008

well, this is beginning of week 9 for me. i'm due july 31. so far, i've been lucky and have not had to deal with morning sickness much. i have been VERY uncomfortable though. especially when i'm trying to sleep, it seems like my whole body is uncomfortable. i really believe that drinking lots of water is key to feeling your best. i seem to feel best on days i drink lots of water meaning no nauseousness, no sneezing or coughing, and more energetic...however MORE peeing!

oh well, baby's happy and so am i! i haven't seen the baby yet...and i am SO ready to see him or her...i'm sure whoever they are, they're beautiful  

Well this is my first child, so its all really new to me but so far it has been pretty good. I had a little afternoon sickness, but that has pretty much gone away. And like you my energy level is better too, I havn't been quiet as tired as before. So far so good...

My name is Eva Jessee and I am due July 31st. I am married and this is our 4th child. I have a 13 yr old son, and two girls 11 and 8. This pregnancy was a delightful surprise and we are ecstatic. This has been a MUCH tougher pregnancy than I remember with my previous three. I am in my mid 30's now and nausea has kicked my hind end! LOL! I have had lower back pain and look 4 months pregnant already. It is nice to meet everyone and I look forward to connecting with many of you. I am hoping to meet other ladies near my age to see how they are doing and share stories.

hello there im due in july too. but i was a lucky one i did not have any morning sickness but i was nausiated all day everyday and now it is finaly going away.

I'm due July 12th. This is my first preganancy, and I have been sick since my 6th week. I have thrown up a number of times, but it hasn't been constant. I wasfeeling better last week, but threw up on Christmas Eve and again yesterday morning. Food looks and smells horrible right now...I hope this ends soon. I miss eating!  

i had my doctor's appt. toady and all was well. We were trying to pick up the heartbeat on the doppler, but it was hard because all we could hear was the baby kicking. The nurse said it was very active...that ought to be fun later! Anyway, the dr. asked me if I wanted to have the Alpha Feta Protien test done on my next visit. For those of you who don't know what that is (which I didn't until today) it is a blood test they do to see if the baby will have downs or any other abnormalities. It is totally optional, she said. I am having a hard time deciding if I should do it. I'm already nervous about the baby as it is, do I really want to add to that? Anyone have any advice?  

lol well my dr didnt even try to hear the heartbeat he just did ANOTHER internal u/s and said my baby was very active too it was funny the baby was moving around like crazy and then the dr kinda shoved the thing inhard and the babys hands and feet were up it was so cute lol if you look at my pics youcan see it i was laughing

and ima ask my dr if he will do that on me i wanna know if everything is okay. i dont wanna say do it but i dont wanna say dont so i dont know i wanna know but i also dont incase its bad

Oh my goodness... I totally know what your saying. I feel like ripping my skin off on a good day at least twice. I can't sleep and it's 5 in the morning. I'm exhausted and now I am crying at the stupidest stuff. I was watching Badder Santa today and when the little boy gave him a wooden pickle... i lost it! Because we all know how sensitve and caring Billy Bob was in the movie. Everytime that I get comfortable enough to sleep... I have to get up and pee and then it starts all over again.

I am so happy that I can vent about these things on here. Thank guys!!

Awww, the u/s pic is cute. It's amazing how little these babies can do to entertain us. Mine flips around everywhere, and it just makes me laugh. i can't wait for it to get here, even though it will be a while. did your dr say when you would be able to find out the sex? I go 2 wks after that test to find out.

your US pic is so cute....mine is like the worst photography ever.....it upsets me bc during my US yesterday we got to see the lil one moving it's arms and legs like a marathon runner...so clear..and she printed out like 10 pics but I guess she gave me the worst 2...everything is going good...blood work is great and the baby has a strong heartbeat.....I'm excited my next apt is Jan 24th I just wish my photo's were better  

well to both of you-
my dr does my u/s in the office at my visits so he only looks and gives me the pic he only kept the first 1 because it was just the sac i was only 6 weeks we couldnt see nothing but a black hole lol but every 4 weeks i go in and he does an internal(i hate that) and makes sure the heart is beatting well and says everything thing looks good see you in a month! i have no clue when i am going to find out but i wish i could tomarrow lol i wanna know SSSOOOOOOO bad i was talking to my mom yeasterday and was saying how i wanted to get the 3d4d double pack thing that i saw a lady talk about on here she said she gets to so at 15 weeks and again in her late 20s or early 30s so its 2 sessions i think it cost like 150 more tho so i dono but maybe???? but otherwise i think the next appt. i am not getting a pic i think they are only listening we havent herd the heart yet just saw it so..... i am not sure my baby was like flopping around it was so cute but as soon as the dr shoved it harder they stuck there arms up like they were giving up or about to get arrested or something me and mick were laughin lol

First of all...that is so exciting that you have pics to show! I can't wait until I get an ultrasound. I go for my 12 week on Monday, but I don't get an u/s then.  
I have not felt the baby yet at all. Nate said last night it looks like I'm starting to show a little...but really I think it's just because I've been eating lots of sweets! But...maybe a littel bit   I am not getting sick anymore...I am so happy about that! Once in awhile I'll get a little sick to my stomach for awhile, but it's usually when I haven't eaten in awhile. But then it's hard to figure out what to eat when nothing sounds good. And I find out what I am having sometime in February. Obviously, since I don't get my u/s until 18-20 weeks.

Just stopping in to say Hi to all the new mommies-to-be! I am due on the 22nd. This will be my second child. I have a (almost) six year old at home. Be happy to answer any questions you first time mommies-to-be may have

i have absolutely no "feelings" of pregnancy yet. The only proof i have are my u/s pics. I think I may be showing a bit, but the dr says the bab's really low right now and that's not exactly where my pooch is. I'm still new at this so I'm not exactly sure how all of that works! All I know is I can't wait for those things to start.
P.S. My dr says it will be another 6 weeks before I start experiencing any of that.

how are you ladies doing with sex? last time my dude and i did the deed i felt a wierd feeling above my pelvis..... (not to mention the only reason i was doin it was to support my hubby cause it is like the last thing i want to do right now) any way just curious..... yay july babies!
