I honestly think it's horrible customer service, if I was running a "business" on BG, i'd be checking the thread everyday at least once a day if I could, people are going to have lots of questions etc...

It takes a week to 10 days to get them out. I've been taking orders by PM. My daughters birthday is at the beginning of February so I've been working on her stuff.

I don't think people are going to really trust you if you can't get back to people on here, i'd be replying everyday that's business!
