Hmm I dont think that you can put it in wrong you just have to bend it and put it up there...i would proly hurt suuuper bad if it was wrong lol i heard that they were very comfortable

Hi there. I know this post is kind of old, BUT, My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over 6 years!! We have done everything from clomid/trigger shots/gerital/, etc. I found information on the web about using the instead cups after you BD. We did that this last month and I just found out I'm pregnant!!! I'm 5 weeks pregnant!!! I'm in shock, but these Instead cups do work, and it makes perfect sense. Good luck everyone!

My husband and I will be using the soft cups this month! Worth a try!
