They're seeking "more qualified applicants" which is total bullshit because they said they hire "new grads" and I have over 160 hours of experience in L&D!

you will never have more then you can handle, and i wish i knew when it would stop, i feel ya, ailey was nonstop fussy like i really wanted to just put her outside and walk away, and i also have been looking for a job because i am jobless, so i understand how you feel, but things will get better in time, i promise

I, honestly, would call them and ask what you can do to gain mroe experience to qualify for a job there. Tell them if everyone says they wants someone more qualified, how does a person go about doing that when noone will even give you a chance. Call them!

I wish this time would be fast forwarded.  This is so fucking rediculous!!!!!!!  I'm a freaking over qualified new grad!  I graduated from the 2nd top school in the country for nursing dammit!  I did not get a 4 year degree to go work at mcdonalds!  I'm sooo pissed!

That really sucks! Is there any other hospitals near you? What about starting in an OB office first?
