re: Incompetent Cervix Support Group

I'm so happy to see this made! I remember how hard it was going through a tough pregnancy, and not having many people to talk to,that understood it from my point of view..But there were a few, like Sexy Mexie..We talked very often and I thank her for being there. I remember my postpartum appointment after I lost my first son, all I could say to my husband was "I'm sorry I'm broken!" I just didnt know how to take it because noone in my family has ever experienced a loss..no miscarriages, no babies born that early.. So I looked here for women with IC and now theres a thread..I'm so happy.I had another baby boy 8/27/2010 and I had to be on strict bedrest, progestrone shots, cerclage, bi weekly ultrasounds..and still had my baby boy at 32 weeks.

I dont have IC, BUUUUUTTTT I know a few women who are very close to me who have gone through it. My sister and the OP... ;)

I am glad to see momma's here for support just not glad there are momma's that need the support. Hopefully as time goes on today I will be able to actually be able to participate in the thread but my internet is being dumb....hubby thinks they might be working on it. I keep going off and on line. If there is anything you girls would like to have added to the OP just let me know!!!

Did you have a difficult delivery with either baby? I was blessed with this lovely cervix of mine! lol Are you planning on having any more kiddos or will this be your last?

Hey Beck! Glad to have ya! We are planning on TTC in April/May because I don't wanna be on bed rest and not be able to do March of Dimes!

I definitely understand your fear!!! Do they have any idea why all the sudden you started having an i/c?

I think it is crazy and amazing how so many of you had normal pregnancies to begin with then all the sudden ended up having I/C! Did any of you have a LEEP done or anything like that?
