Hey Ciara how are you? Happy 4th of July. It's technically still the 4th here for another hour. How was your holiday? Ours was great. We had our 1st get together at our house and it went really well. We have plenty of food and everyone enjoyed the fireworks. It was kind of nice because there is the big city display that started at 9:15 so everyone left to go see it. We were worried we'd have people hanging around all night. I just finished cleaning the kitchen and now I'm just listening to the booms of the fireworks the neighbors are putting on. Both my boys are sleeping soundly.  
How are you feeling about tomorrow? I bet you're anxious to see your dad. I'm happy for you! You have to take pics of him. I already think you look like your mom but I want to see what your dad looks like .
Yay, Anthony just brought me a margarita.   Too bad nobody is online for me to chat with.

I'm glad you had a great fourth! We had a pretty good one...my dad got to my house around 11yesterday morning and then we went to my brothers so he could hang out with everyone. It was pretty nice!
The kids enjoyed the fireworks...but were really tired and up half the night when we got home!

I'm getting ready to go to the aniversary party...fixing to hop in the shower...its at two...but I have to leave at 12...plus I have to go to walmart and pick up the pictures of each of the great grandbabies that I just 1houred there.
Its going to be an interesting day...I'm sure I'll be around here tomorrow to tell you about it.

Hey Ciara! I'm glad you had a good 4th. Too bad the kids didn't sleep well. Surprisingly both my boys slept through the night. They woke up at 7 so it wasn't too bad.
This weekend is the anniversary of the UFO incident so they had a lot of things going on around town. We went to this little festival thingy early this afternoon and we just got back from the light parade now. Do you watch the Daily Buzz? Well they were here covering it. Pretty cool.
Well I'm about to go dye my hair.. i'll be back in a little bit.

Okay so apparently I'm not going to dye my hair. I told Anthony and he pretty much begged me to keep it the way it is. I like my highlights but they've grown out and I don't have time to get them done before Tuesday. I don't want my hair to look like this on vacation.. 
Speaking of vacation, I was just looking up the weather online and it shows thunderstorms every day that we're there. It's sunny on Monday and Saturday but every day inbetween it's supposed to rain. Bummer.
I hope you have a good time at the anniversary party. I bet your grandparents loved the gift you brought them. I'm sure it turned out great. Sorry I didn't say earlier but I'm really glad your dad showed up early yesterday and you were able to go hang out at your brothers. It sounds like it was a really good time! Did his dumb girlfriend come with him?

And sorry about not dying your hair! Is he just scared you will screw it up dying it at home? Surely its not that bad?...it didnt look grown out at all when you were down here.

The party was good. A lot of driving...lol. And I didnt get to visit with anyone because I was to busy chasing the kids around! They were into EVERYTHING! It was a mess!...lol I was so tired by the time I got home...a little after 7!
I have a ton of things to do all week...but I will be around today...of course its sunday and you probably wont!...lol

Hey girly how are you? I'm doing good, just enjoying what's left of the weekend. The boys just went to bed and I'm getting really sad for leaving them day after tomorrow. I think I'm gonna cry.   It's different leaving them with their grandparents than it is when I went to Dallas and left them with Anthony. I know they'll be okay though.
I know you don't have cable but when I used to not have cable we use to be able to pick up fox with our bunny ears so thats why I asked about the Daily Buzz. It's my favorite morning show because it's geared towards younger people. It's not old and boring. LOL

Your right I do get fox...I guess when I havent ever heard of a show I assume its on cable or satelite...lol. I dont watch much tv until nights. Usually in the mornings the tv is on PBS...or jurasic park..lol

Yeah they party was nice...I was glad to get to see my little cousins...the older one leaves for the navy today. I used to babysit those boys every weekend! They were a handful too...now they were running around with my kids!..lol.

I will be around some this morning...I am gonna take the boys to my moms and then come back and get dressed to go to the dr. and get all that taken care of.

Hey did you know that starting February 2009 there will be no more analog tv? So you won't be able to pick anything up with bunny ears. My friend works at a tv station and she told me about it a while ago and then last night I saw a commerical about it. It says for people without cable to go to this website to learn more about it... let me try to find it... here it is: http://www.dtv.gov/.

Let me know how your doctor's appointment goes. Has that bump gone away or gotten smaller yet? Hopefully they were right and the antibiotics took it away.

Yeah I did know that Sue...we have a one of those box things...we actually have a really big antena so we pick up about 30 channels...about 15 of them are spanish/...lol...but 15 channels isnt so bad...and they are all crystal clear with the digital thing. Not having cable isnt bad...I dont even want it. Norman would like ESPN...but thats really all were missing.

My dr. appt was cool they got a NP to sign the paper and I have to go back Wed to get my TB test read...thats it though!
Are you ready for tomorrow? All packed? Its really great that the kids will get to stay at your house...it makes it so much easier when someone comes over to stay with them. Its much more relaxed in their home with their toys.

Also...no Norman's nephew was the one going to OK...my little cousin is joining the navy.
They both just graduated.

THat's great that you get so many channels! If we were able to pick up that many I wouldn't want cable either. Actually I don't even want cable now. It's a waste of $60 a month. Ryan watches a lot of disney though. I wish we could just pick and pay for the channels we use. Like maybe $5 a month per channel. That'd be the best.
I'm glad your appointment went well. DId those antibiotics help? How about the TB test? Did it hurt? I remember getting one when I was 18. I got a job working at the school district and I had take it. It wasn't bad at all.
No, I haven't packed one thing yet! I'm such a procrastinator. Anthony packed last night. He wnated me to pack too but I was feeling sad about leaving the boys so I didn't feel like it. I did print off our boarding passes just now though. I'm getting excited. You're right, we're really lucky to have our parents coming over to our house to watch the kids. It'll be so much easier on the boys that way.
What are you having for lunch? I am going to pick up McDonald's for Ryan. I feel like spoiling him today.  

Yeah its pretty good. There are only a couple of shows that I really like to watch and they are either on ABC or CBS or FOXand we've got all that...$5 per channel would be cool...then I could get Norman ESPN and he would be happy too...lol.

Neither the TB test or the tetanus shot hurt...I was shocked...lol.
No the antibiotics are not helping! And I only have two more days worth! Everything is still swollen and now hurts to the touch! IDK what to do...I hate to go back to the Dr. its so expensive w/o insurance! IDK I just hope these last to days knocks it out.

I am going to miss you this week! But I am sure you will have lots of fun with Ant and with Abby!

Dang Ciara I'm sorry you're not doing any better! Ugh, I couldn't imagine having to pay full price every time I went to the doctor. You can't get medicaid either can you? Blah, I hope you get better.
