Lol...I am actually thinking of weaning Luke...he has two top teeth and two bottom teeth now and my nipples are killing me!! But...my vote goes for day if thats alright with you? I'm not much for nights anymore...and it will be about a 2hour drive back home.
How long are your trainings during the day? Is it an all day thing?

2 hours? That sucks! I'll be renting a car so we can meet 1/2 way if you want. The day sounds fine to me. Although it would be fun to see you tipsy. LOL, I bet you're not shy then. Yes, my training will be an all day thing. Probably 8-4 for 2 days. I still need to schedule it but I'll let you know as soon as I know.
I don't blame you for thinking about weaning Luke. If I remember correctly wasn't your goal to make it to 8 months? You did that so you should be proud of yourself. How is he doing with his walking?
Did I tell you guys that Izzy started standing on his own? If he's playing with a toy he'll let go of me and stand for a few seconds. Once he realizes he's not holding onto anything he freaks out and reaches for me or sits down. It's cute. Gosh you should see he and Ryan wrestle. I'll have to take video of it sometimes to show you. They go at it.

Sorry I disappeared on you. My kids are about to drive me up a wall today.

Weaning is really hard...you think you are ready too and then...its just hard to take that step...itslike letting go of the closness with your baby...IDK...its weird.

Sorry so short...I have to get my kids from doing stuff they arent suppose to do...lol

No worries Ciara. I know how it is sometimes. I'll be flying into DFW and I'll be staying in Addison. I'll go wherever though. I like to drive in crazy cities.  
I can only imagine how hard it is to wean. Breastfeeding is such a special bond. I'd probably cry of sadness if I were you. Not only does it feel like it breaks that bond but it's also another reminder of how much your baby has grown.  

Yeah Addison is about 2hours. Depends on traffic though....I dont want you to have to meet me half way...your already comming all this way!

It is hard...I keep wanting to stop and then I start thinking of ways to get more milk. Plus Luke may be my last little baby...that adds to it I think.
Although right now...maybe not so much...lol These boys are rotten today. Gabe climbed on my dresser and got down a picture of me and Norman and I had to get him out of the glass...then he peed on the floor...then he threw a tantrum because I wouldnt let him bring his bike inside (when we went to check the mail)...and Luke is still not filling good from his shots I think. He still has knots as hard as rocks that we are constantly trying to rub@@

Aww Ciara. I know how you feel. I felt like I failed Kaden when he refused to nurse anymore. But you have given him an amazing start. 8 months is awesome!

Hey girlies! Wow, it was a chaotic afternoon. We hada freakin tornado in Roswell! Lucky it just touched down in a field and nobody or nothing was hurt. It was freakin scary at my work though. We could see the funnel cloud from my window. I hate storms like that it freaks me out! Now that it's over I think it was pretty cool but at the time I about had a heart attack. LOL
Anyhoot.. how is everyone doing? Ciara that's so sweet of you to drive all that way to meet me. Maybe we can meet at the Galleria Mall. It's pretty cool. We can eat in there and stuff. Its' the mall with the ice skating rink inside. Oh I know let's take the boys ice skating! LOL
Christy did you meet up with Abby this weekend? I thought I saw her post in a bulletin that she was meeting up with you this weekend.

Oh my gah Sue. I would have been freaking. Were the sirens going off? My friend Monica called me at midnight the other night b/c we were under a tornado warning. No sirens or anything. I was like" I was asleep, Wake me up when the sirens go off". It didn't even hit in Clarksville.


Hey ladies. Poppin in really quick before we get ready for Kaden's app. He is pulling at his ear again. Ugh.. I thought we could make it until his ENT app on Friday but no. Wish us luck. I really don't want another ear infection but I have a feeling we have one.

Sue no I didn't meet up with her. We both got really busy and her bebes were sick. boo. but we will meet up soon I am sure. By the way. I never noticed how red Kaden's hair was until you posted on myspace. His dad is going to flip out if he notices. I used to say how I wanted a redhead and his daddy was like He double hockey sticks no. Its really funny. I love redheads. My neighbor Ashley has the most gorgeous little redheaded girl. I just could eat her up.

I think red heads are so cute! I love Kaden's blue eyes. They are so pretty.
I was freaking out. I didn't hear the sirens but Anthony said he heard them at my house. I knew I was safe at work because this building is only 1 year old and it's frame is steel. It was still freaky watching the cloud that was once a funnel fly over the building.   It's supposed to rain again today.
What's everyone doing today? I am just working slowly. I have a luncheon at noon. I'm in this club for oil companies called Desk & Derrick. It's mostly for all the women that do the office work. We meet once a month and it's becoming a drag. It's the first Tuesday of every month and I've come to dread it. I think I'm going to get out next year.
I'm having a blah day.

Wow Sue! Thats crazy! Do you guys get tornados very often?I know there has been some pretty crazy weather in odd areas lately....its the end of the world...lol

Its not sweet of me to drive up there...your comming all the way down here! I think the mall would be awesome...I havent even been there before.

What oil company do you work for? I have a friend that works for Haliburton she gets paid really well and she's just in billing.

I am trying to pay bills while I get ready to go take my final test.

Morning Ciara. We get a lot of tornado warnings around this time of year but rarely does one touch down. Last year in Clovis (where ant is from) there was a tornado that ripped through his town. Some of his old friends parents lost their homes. Other then that it's usually just warnings.
The company I work for is called Strata Production Company. It's really small compared to Haliburton. We get paid pretty well here but it's still on the lower side of what other o&g companies pay. This lady I used to work with quit here to go work for another oil company in town and just to start out over there she got paid $7K more a year and is expected to get a 5%raise after 90 days. Since I'm the Revenue Accountant I know just how much more my boss is making since the price of oil has gone up so much. He's making major bank and it sucks because he hasn't given us any kind of raise to go along with it. I thought we'd at least get a cost of living raise this year but nope!
Good luck today with your final! Yay for another semester being behind you. I remember when you and Abby were talking about what classes you were going to be taking and now you're already done! You're going to be a nurse in no time! Hey when in nursing school do you have to decide on a concentration? Or is that just up to you after you graduate?

Yay! I am completely through with school for this semester!!

Now I have to go to the post office and run some other errands.

I think everyone should be getting cost of living raises! Hell Norman works for the state and has for 5years and doesnt make crap...thats sucky when the govt doesnt pay you.

I dont think I have to pick during nursing school...my SIL is doing ER and I dont think she had to consentrate on that...honestly I'm not 100% sure though...I have another orientation July 10th where they are going to tell us more.

I dont think I will be meeting that girl for a playdate...IDK...she's kinda acting funny. I'll tell you about it later....the thing about Norman being from this town is that everyone knows him...and so certain girls dont like me (even though they dotn know me!) But I kinda think one person that doesnt like me is a friend of hers.....I know...its highschool drama...but she's just been acting weird.

Ciara congrats on being finished with your semester! Woohoo, this calls for celebration.   I bet you're excited to have a free summer ahead of you. It'll be nice to have a few months to prepare for the craziness that is going to start in the fall!
That sucks about that girl you were supposed to have playdates with. I can't stand the whole, "i don't like you because so and so.." that's so childish. People need to learn how to form an opinion of their own. For reasons like that I'm so glad i don't live in the town that Anthony grew up in. How long have you known Norman? I'm glad I don't know all of Anthony's past.
Dude that totally blows that Norman doesn't get paid crap for the job he does. Thegov't is so screwed up in that aspect.He has a dangerous job that notanyone would do. They should getcompensated accordingly. And you're right, everyone should get some sort of cost of living raise. EVERYTHING has gone up. It's not easy making ends meet these days. Have ya'll got your stimulus rebate yet? We haven't. What are your plans for it? We're buying Anthony new tires for his truck, paying for my flight to TN and then probably put the boys portions in their savings account. That's about it.

I am excited about summer! I know I want to get everything organized before the craziness of nursing school...which will actually kinda start in July....but just parts of it.
I almost said that Norman and I have known each other for 5years...but then I had to think about it...we will have been married 5years in August. We have known each other a little over 6 years. But he had kinda left this town for a little bit and just came back when him and my brother started hanging out...we started dating a few months later.

Yeah he gets about $12 a year hazardous duty pay...lol..
I know the govt is crap. After 5 years and he grosses about $30,000 a year. Thats nuts...he is talking about trying to tranfer to a federal prison since they get paid a lot better.
I think we should get our stimulus this week...judging by the ss# thing. Ours is going to go on Creditcards. Sucky. Plus a couple of hundred will go on things like scrubs and stuff that I have to have for school. Luckily...Norman's sis is graduating from the ADN program (on friday) and she has most of the books...so that will really help since nursing books are so expensive.

Oh Ciara that's great that you'll be able to use some of your SIL's books. Anything helps right? How did she like the program? I'm guessing she went to the CC too? It's kinda cool that the stimulus rebate will be here in time for your fees for class. I like when things work out like that.

I could move to Texas and get paid a lot more for oil & gas but Anthony wouldn't want to have to learn Texas History to teach. LOL

Isn't your 5 year anniversary around the same time as ours? Ours is 7/12.
