PCOS Diet

SO I have been doing some reasearch.... I have found a way for myself to lose some weight.. It sounds kinda like south beach diet.
only carbs can be whole grains and lots of veggies, and fruit
a few servings of millk day
no concetrated sweets and refined bread ( white bread)
Green tea instead of diet soda b/c Diet sode can still trick the insulin receptors and cause them to store more.
Lots of meats.
and little startch.
DH and I started last week and I have lost 4 lbs or 1.8kg for my friends outside the US so far. I will keep you posted
