BOUNCING BABY BOY!!!!!!!!!

So, I know I said it was going to be a 3D ultrasound, cause that's what they told me when I called, but it wasn't. It was a 3rd level u/s where the doctor actually comes in there with the u/s tech and looks at everything and asks you a lot of questions.

Anyway, Dameon decided he was going to be stubborn and camera shy. First when he first got on the screen, his head was back by my spine, and his feet were all pressed up into my belly lol. Then he went and curled up in my left hip area so they couldn't really get many good pics.... Though my favorite I'll mark to show you guys :-D It's so cute, he's positioned exactly how his daddy sleeps hehe  

Well, anyway, they left us alone for like 20 minutes after that, so they could get the doctor who was with another patient at the time, and I just layed there and massaged him and talked to him, and FINALLY he moved just as they were coming back in and getting things set back up to try again. We finally got good pics, including him showing off his bottom in an indian style pose that let us see that we, indeed, are expecting the arrival of Dameon Jayden Lee Mathews on May 12th, 2008.   So excited!

I'll post pics when I get them scanned onto a CD tomorrow night

my boy did almostt he samething except he showed it to the world or at least the sono tech
he puthis head in myspine and his butt rightin my SPINE it HURT so bad but the littlesucker sure did want meto know hehad a penis. and every sonowe've had he clasps his hands together and outs them in front of his face and hides. its cute as sin. god hes cute.

My son was VERY proud to be a boy.. he was holding his little toes over his head just flaunting his stuff ;)

i meant heputhishead in my spine and his butt in my tummy i could see where hisbutt was cuz my stomach was raised onthe rightside. it was sick looking but oooeee if they love to flaunt it right?

hey...i know that must be exciting!!! but i was curious...whats the difference between the 3-d and the 3rd level u/s?

First, thank you all   I'm uber excited!

the difference between the 3D and the 3rd level is that a 3D you can see what the baby's going to actually LOOK like, where as the 3rd level is more like a 2D, or really really in depth look INSIDE the baby.... where they can look at the structure of the organs to make sure they're all the way they should be.

oooooohh ok cool..i had just never heard of that...that would be really interesting tho....and im sure it makes everyone feel great knowing everything is ok inside of him...thanks 4 letting me know about that thats pretty cool..

Well, we've gotta go back on January 16th in order for them to look at his heart again. They said he was too small for them to get a really good look at his heart, so they want to wait another six weeks and try again...

ha ha......i know what you mean. as you can see in my avatar pic he's jus flaunting that thing like he don't care....lol!!! the doc was like if you didn't believe me beforethat it's a boy you'll believe me now!!! so exciting 

I'm hoping when my doctor's office does the "anatomy" u/s on the 27th, Dameon is a little less shy and gives us a better picture   The same with January 16th when we go for another 3rd level u/s

Yay!!!!!!!!!! I am really so excited for you!!! It's so insane you didn't have to wait until 20 wks lucky you! Can't wait to see those pics hurry up
