YEP! I sat on a 8 inch deep cone pad. I even took it in the car.

Bump! keep em comin...

I just thought of one (not a good one though)...
You may end up having painful sex for up to a year after the birth. If you have a vaginal birth, and dr. ok's yourpost partum check up (6 weeks), you may still have problems in the bedroom.Your vaginal muscles tighten during sex and your partner may only be able to'go in' like 1/2 way...

Personally, there are other things you can do though, and every time it gets better. At 5 months, he's got maybe 1/4 more to go.

For pregnancy:

That you will be given a hundred different due dates, and not sure who to believe. That even though other people can tell youre pregnant, you still feel like you're just FAT not pregnant. that people constantly ask you the same questions over and over again, the same people, day after day where you have your answers memorized by the third month. that people constantly remind you of "how big you're getting" as if you wouldnt know already, instead of giving you comments that make you feel good about yourself. people will always be trying to feel your belly at the most weirdest times. that you always talk to a fellow pregnant person and automatically start talking about your experiences. atleast i did. every person that i see that is pregnant as well we just start talking like we've known each other for forever. that you would get GAS out BOTH ends like a mother, and you would be constantly either constipated or have diarrhea and hardly anything in the middle. that you would get a nasty white discharge in place of the period. oh, i knew you would have to go pee a lot, but the fact of having to go pee really badly, so bad as to wet your pants, and when you sit down to pee only a little tinkle comes out. and how fucking retarded MEN are about the whole thing, and insensitive. that using coco butter for stretch marks doesnt ALWAYS prevent them, but does make them slowly loose their color.

and with me atleast, everytime i seen a non-pregnant female i would secretly hate them.

theres so many more that i could go with. i havent even got to child birth yet. thats august. rofl

I wish I would have known the I couldn't pump milk and breast feed my son . He WOULD NOT TAKE MY BOOB after I pumped him one bottle. He was a wonderful breast feeder before   . Then I try a bottle 3 days after he was born it and it was over. I stop using the pump after 3 months of pure pain. Then i wish i would have known that he would be vary sad aboutchange formula.Oh if you think your tired after the birth just you wait.
P.S I'm going all breast this time even if it kills me.

ok for pregnancy ..
I wish that I'd known all the insensitive people would say like..gee you sure walk funny now, or gosh you are huge ...It's the last thing that you want to hear because you already know that you walk funny and you feel like a house !! Strangers somehow feel that it's ok to approach you and play 20 questions w/ you about your baby belly..do you know what you are having , what are you naming it, when are you due, and then proceed to often offer unneeded advice !! I wish that I'd known how sensitive I'd become in so many ways ....I've cried over pizza delivery taking too long!! I've puked several times because of a smell!!
I wish that I'd known that I'd have terrible sciatic pain and tailbone pain!!
One last thing , I wish that I'd known that the phrase morning sickness is a cruel joke..it doesn't limit itself to mornings ..it lasts all day and might not go away after the 1st trimester like everyone says!! I'm sure there's more but the lovely forgetfullness of pregnancy has prevented me from remembering them!

To me getting the Epidural was worse then the pain from recovering from the C-section! I'll NEVER do Epidural again !!!!!

To Enima or Not to Enima. I thought this was a horrible idea and didn't do it with my first. OMG I wish some one would have told me to! When you push; baby it pushes bowels. If there is something in bowels, it will come out. How do they clean you? Well, dry wash clothes! After about an hour of this you become VERY raw and the healing process is horrible! This ties into what I read ealier from some one else, lots of fiber...no time for modesty at this point!

Quoting pvlubov~Lipstick Mafia:“ why do they massage your uterius?”

They massage your uterus because there could still be liquid & blood or blood clots in it & if they don't massage it down til it gets "firm" then theres a chance you could hemorrage & it would suck really bad.

My lamaze teacher said you'll hate the nurses afterwards because they come in every so often to do it & it hurts really bad.

i wish i would have known.....
1. that i would get violentely ill during labor. i woke up 7cms dialeted and raced to the bathroom throwing up, as well as veyr diarrheic (i was at home at this point)
2. that the water doesnt come splashing out like in the movies. mine actually very slowely leaked over a few days and i had no idea.
3. that going #2 after birth is more painful then the birthing itself-tkae those laxatives *shudder* and peeing felt like i was pissing acid the first couple times you pee after birth.
4. i never used a squirt bottle, i would just fill a cup with luke warm water and run it down after doing my business. i had no idea i had to do that.
5. i lost almost all my baby weight as soon as my guy came out. but there was still about 7 lbs left and i didnt loose it until after i was finished bf. I ate waaaaaay more while i was nursing then while i was pregnant. i was always hungry.
mmmm thats all can think of right now

My mom was like ok.. Its your baby and Joeys baby its not mine. Its my grandchild but not my baby if you want your space just say so now. I was like ok mom.. I just want it to be me and Joey and she was like ok thats fine I want to see her after shes born and you feel good enough to have people around.. my mom knows how it feels because she has 5 sisters who thought they had rights to whatever when she was in the hospital... but, my mil is nuts... her exact words were " im going to be in there when your having the baby no matter what!" and I said... no your not. Its me and Joey and she freaked out.. shes still pushing it.. I told her if you drive me nuts at all im going to have you kicked out completly.. shes so damn pushy.
