I bought a shirt from her a paid Aug 26 ($5 gift through paypal). I live in Austria so I have it sent to my aunt's house in CA and once I get a bunch of stuff she sends it to me all at once. So because of this, it takes me a bit longer to confirm if things have arrived or not and I'm very patient with people.

I was extra patient with her because she was pg and everything.

Eventually I confirmed that the package had NOT arrived. I contacted this mama several times. She finally got back to me after a few days and said the package had been returned to her for some reason and to make up for it I could choose a 2nd shirt if I wanted to. That was Sept 15 I think (I have it written down somewhere).

Still has not arrived and now she is not returning my PMs.

Ugh I am sorry ! If I were you dont let it go , yes it might just be five bucks but money adds up and not only that I would try to get my money back just because she scammed you ! When you gifted her the money do you know if you sent it under personal or did you put goods ? Because if you put goods call pp and they can still file a claim just explain the whole situation and she's a repeat offender . If you gifted it as a personal pp can not do anything for you I know this because I called thursday because a girl scammed me out of 22 bucks . However the pp lady said get in contact with your bank because I know sometimes they can help you out as well, I did just that . I called my local branch first and explained it all and she gave me the number to the claims department and they filed a claim and said by next week I should be hearing something back and that most likely I will get my money back . Who is your bank ? Mine is Chase so if you go through them I can give you the number .

I know right! She probably already deleted it from her watched topics because she's that much of a coward. Not cool at all to steal from other families! Obviously people like that were not raised right.

I know! I mean I understand that everyone is going through rough times with money right now but that's no reason to steal from others and scam people.

People need to get their heads checked. It's like walking into your local Babies R Us or Target and just taking money from the cash register. Would you do that? Of course not, so why should she steal from other people?!

I have already started a post in BB. I will finish it in the morning (it's after 11pm here and I'm going to bed soon) if she hasn't contacted me by then.

I just checked paypal and it says I have 45 days to file a dispute and today is day 40!   I'm gonna do that tomorrow if she hasn't contacted me.


come on mama .. please. it's only $5, but it does make a difference to me!
