Yep,thats right, 4 years active (or 5 like my hubby because his schooling was a year long) and then 4 "reserve" just meaning that they can call him back to active duty if they needed him.

I was told that and didn't believe it, but now maybe I should! I dont think im going to push him anymore of getting out now, he wants it and i'll support him and just keep my insecurites inside

Thanks so much, I feel way much better after being on here than I do laying in bed thinking about it!!! I am so thankful for all the great advice and support. It takes a strong woman to go through all this and all of you are!

It can be either or, Ive seen some put a H in front...Ive always actually done it the way you do it but it isnt wrong either way.
