Your body doesn't need a "master cleanser" though. It's made to naturally cleanse itself.

Ironic enough I was just watchin SUPER SKINNY ME. Ive never seen it before and the lemonade diet came up.. Let me know how it works girly ..

i dont think ill be doing it. it was a thought though. i just want a diet thats going to work!!!

Quite honestly breastfeeding is my diet. It keeps me at 135 no matter if I hardly eat all day or if I pig out.

that's why it is not supposed to be ued as a diet.

I did it in September for like 9 days &lost like 8 lbs. in that time. I don't know if I would recommend it though.
