BRACHIAL PLEXUS BIRTH PALSY

I don't know anything about this but I just want to tell you to turn your caps off and more people may respond to you. They think you are yelling and say it is hard to read in caps.

My oldest daughter was born with BPI in BOTH arms. She is 11 now, and still has to have physical and occupational therapy a few times a week.

I have brachial plexus palsy. My arm was completely paralyzed up until therapy. I went to physical therapy from the time I was 3 months until I was 14 years old. I would recommend parents to sue the hospital on behalf of their kids. I wish my mom would have. I'm hoping to open a suit against the hospital I was born at so I could possibly get money for surgery to try and repair the damage they caused. I have had numerous studies done on me throughout the years, and now my arm is losing more and more motion as I get older. It was really hard on me when I was younger. I was made fun of a lot for it when I was younger (age 11 actually), and I just want to tell you guys to talk to your children about it! My mom had no clue about how I felt, and I sure as hell wasn't going to open up to her at the time

My son is 5 weeks old and has brachial palsy I am so new to this and theres not too much info out there about it. I just hope that he improves more. He is able to move his hand and wrist but nothing else seems to be working. Almost like his arm is "dead" Has anyone had any good results with this? We are very hopeful but its hard to stay positive.
