That's what everyone else seems to think...seems awfully fishy she's calling out that specific Lacey girl with the picture and the name too.

If you weigh inbetween 140-159 ahealthy amount of calories to loose weight would be 1500. I would then add 500 to that and if I were you I would try to eat around 2000.
