re: PWT chat thread!

we had two good nights in a row.. well good for Jamil, not so good compared to all your kiddos... but eitehr way

Thursday Night he went to bed at 9 and slept until 2 then went back to bed until 5 and slept until 7:30!

Friday night he went to bed at 8 was up at 10:30 then slept until 5 and was a bit restless but managed to go back to sleep without to much trouble until 7:30 again...

Sounds crazy, but I haven't gotten any long streches like that in a while.. On Thursday night he was in his bed for that long strech and I expected a repeat last night, and tried to put him back in his bed a few times at 11, but no luck so we just went to my bed and he still did the long strech.... He is finally putting him self back to sleep a lot more, but still wants to nurse twice a night... I'm thinking that soon he should drop it to once, I think he'll drop the 5am one, because he isn't to intrested in eating at that time, just more restless... but only time will tell. I hope when he does start to sleep through it is for good.. We waited longer than anyone else.

10:30 - 5 is a really good stretch.  If we're lucky, recently, Vince has been doing 9:30 - 6:30, but he's just started doing that long.  Jamil will get there soon.

we still rock phillip to sleep..........but when he's in my arms like that i love it, and i kidna don't want it to end..........i just want him to be my baby for a very long time

i'm sorry i'm not being on as much as i used to..................so many things to do

i have a girl coming from japan in august to stay with us for 3 weeks, she's 19, and my other friend that set the whole thing up said that i'll have to take care of her, and cook, and clean for her.............yay! more cleaning!

my boss also called me yesterday, and it seems they'll take me back part time............so yay for that too!
i'm now reconsidering the job thing............i kinda want to go back for those 2 days a week, but have found myself secretly wishing for them to fire me so i can stay at home with phillip..............but i really need to keep a job, and have something for later when he's older, and won't be at home all the time (daycare, school) i'd then probably be bored outta my mind

You are such a busy bee Jelena! I hope your work works out for you the way you want it to! There's a part of me that would love to go to work part time!

I guess that's one thing I never liked about co-sleeping. To me, it seems like it would be harder to get them to sleep through the night because you are right there!

I still rock him to sleep the first time, but during the night, I see him (In my camera) rolling around sometimes opeaning his eyes and going back to sleep..

I wish I could blame it on the co-sleeping.  lol.  Vince is also just starting to sleep through the night for me.  He does it on and off, but he's doing it more now than he has in the past.  Not the last two nights, but I think he slept from at least 9:30 to 5:30 for the four nights before that.  So we're getting better.

I know what you mean about going back to work.  Part of me thinks I should go ahead and get a part time job.  Give me a chance to get out of the house a little, and give Vince some time to socialize with other kids.  But part of me really doesn't want to.

Hello ladies...

Well I've decided I must be dying or something, first it was the hives and now my neck is stiff as a board...I can't turn it to the side and can just barely go up and down, I guess I slept on it wrong. Needless to say picking Lucas up (or hardly even trying to play with him) is out of the question and hubby is being a grouch because he has to do everything I cannot do and has to help me with whatever I try to do.

I dont know how i am feeling is that bad. However i decide that as of today im not having any more children i have two my son is 10months and has Thrush and Diaper Rash, and wont sleep in his crib, my daughter is 8years old and is with her father for the summer and does not want to come home.
