backpain!!!

I'm nearly 13 weeks and i have a really sore lower back i even got to sleep with a pillow under it. Does anyone eles have this problem? an what can help it?

I'm 7 weeks and have the same issue. Every pregnancy my backpain seems to start earlier and earlier 

With my first was perfect nothing wrong but with this one it way different i got all the prego sym  . Plus i hate this morning sickness to.

It might be beneficial to invest in a body pillow. They helped me immensely by helping to straighten my back and take the pressure of my spine and the nerves there.

I like the thick foamy ones instead of the fluffy ones for support, but everyone's different.

I agree that should help, I also had them and the body pillow helped.

In addition to the pillow, I was also treated buy a chiropractor/physical therapist for a month and it made 100% difference! I'd STRONGLY suggest that, it worked miracles for me! Good Luck!
