Orajel..

Sorry if I am over reacting but my wisdom tooth is coming in and it HURTS BAD!   Is it ok to use Orajel (dont know if I am spelling it right!) I am pregnant with my first child and I am skeptic about using or taking anything.. So if someone could help.. It would be greaty appreciated!

I don't see how it would harm your baby... You CAN get cavaties filled when pregnant, and that's a way more powerful numbing agent than orajel! I got cavaties filled when pregnant (had the xrays done before I was preg) and I was ok. You can always call up your doctor or a consulting nurse to be sure though.

Thanks for that web-site JanuaryRose! I just try to avoid most meds during (well, actually anytime) pregnancy, so it's good to know if I absolutley must take something where I can go to look it up! I have it saved in my favorites now!
