re: no heartbeat

Quoting Onalee's Mummy:“ I had my docs app on thursday and there was no heartbeat. I had had a bloodtest on tues and those resukts ... [snip!] ... i've only had a little spotting? do they need to do a curette or something or they just let nature take its course?”

Quoting Onalee's Mummy:“ yeah well i had one done fri then another monday than another u/s thurs before we discuss stuff i just wanted to know what happens if i did”

I wish i would've had that. The doctor came in and said there was nothing showing on my ultrasound when i was supposed to be 12 weeks, and he said he called my doctor before he came in and had set the D&C up already and tried making me go in for it after leaving his office!

When i did start to miscarry i went through a different hospital and they did an ultrasound after they felt everything had passed, and said they didn't see anything but i went back to my doctors and they said even though everything was out of my cervix already they wanted to give me a D&C and told my parents and my bf that it was required and i was basically forced into something i wanted nothing to do with.

Baby only measured at 9 weeks by the way.
