I'm in pain!

Okay so I had my 30 week apt today and my midwife felt if the baby was head down. Well she pushed really hard then she was like Yup that's a head down there. Well later in the day I started hurting. I'm kinda crampy, could that be because of her feeling around? Has this happened to anyone?

More than likely from her pushing around down there. Alot of times they tell you when they check you that you will have some cramping after wards. Take some tylenol and try to rest for a while. If it keeps up though I would give them a call and see what they say, they may want to check you just to make sure you arent in labor.

when i was around 16 weeks the midwife did the same thing to me and i was really crampy... so it could be normal but just call the hospital and tell them. That way if anything does happen (not that it will) they are aware that you where experinceing some kind of discomfort. Thats just from what my drs have been telling me. Any thing thats not normal call and they will advise...

I have been crampy for awhile now too!! That could definitely be it or maybe the baby is trying to push itself down.
