Agh! Rash help!!! Pics

My 15 month old has this very strange rash that's only on his backside above his butt.

Has anyone seen anything like this?!?

Looks to me like heat rash, my daughter gets that all the time.

Have you introduced new foods?
Are those a new brand of diapers?

It could be an allergic reaction.

maybe heat rash but i would call your dr in case...

Well, it is super hot here. and we were outside for about 20 minutes yesterday...

I don't think it's heat rash, it's too bloody looking......
Has he been in grass or anything or sat anywhere where something could've touched the area between his shirt and diaper? It's looks like allergies or something to me

The only new food he had yesterday was mango. And the diapers are the regular pampers we use.

It's just so strange that it's only in that one strip right across the top of his butt.

Maybe he is allergic?
Take him to his pedi to make sure

I can't think of anything when he's been with me, but his daddy had him all day today and I'm not sure what adventures they went on.

I'd ask him what they were up to today. It just looks to me like he sat in/near something that just made him rash out

That looks like damiens impetigo rash.

I would take him to his pedi to get it looked at. Just to be safe!

my daughter's back became irritated a few weeks ago after she started scratching it every night when i gave her a bath. i think she fianlly realized she had a back. and now she wont stop scratching it. she didnt have rash when she started scratching it seems like she was just exploring . now the rash looks horrible. i've tried hydrcoritsone and destin diper rash and petroleum jelly. nothing is working so far. she has her 15 mth check coming up dont know if i should wait it out or just take her to the ped.
