2 month old fever 102.3 after shots

my daughter had shots today at 11 this morning its now 8 and she has a fever of 102.3...I know tylenol has been recalled a few months ago, is it good to go now? Im trying to break it but dont want to give her tylenol unless it is not under recall anymore.

I dont think they even have it back on shelves yet, just use the off brand...
kadens pedi said medicate if its over 102

if it gets ovwer 103 take her to an urgent care facilitie.
