now I know Ive said this before.. but I'm still having the same problem with pasting a birthday ticker in my about me spot. It will post the link, but it doesn't show the ticker itself.. I dont know how to fix it

When you copy it, where do you paste it? Where you type everything else, or do you hit the code button, paste the code, then press add code?

Next to the smiley face in your edit window you'll see the "code" button. Click that and it will open a special input area for html code -- that's where you paste in your ticker code. Once it's in that box, then click "add code" and it will add it to your main text input area, and that should do it.

why wont the link button link a thread?

when i put that into the add link box it says
Your URL is not valid: please make sure to include the entire url starting with http:// (e.g. http://www.google.com/)

its a link to a different thread it should work right????

It's a bug I thought I had already fixed, but obviously I haven't  ...the "#" is causing the problem.

You can get around it for now by clicking the "show html" button and then linking in the code as

<a href="http://forum.baby-gaga.com/about274583.html#4718169">link title</a>

When doing a post, look for the "code" button in the text editor -- click on it and it will open a text area that you can paste your ticker code into. Then click "add code" and it should append it to your text.

how do i delete topics i've posted?
