You're welcome. And it's really freaking good. Everyone raves about it. Let me know how you guys like it! We like making broccoli on the side or yummy candied baby carrots.

I often see sticky's that aren't at the top   They'll be like 2-3 pages in, especially in S&C

I made this recipe a few weeks ago and it was delicious!!!!! It takes forever to cook, but absolutely nothing to prepare. It cost me about $30 to make but that's because I had to buy everything including spices. It was enough to feed an army, We were eating spaghetti for a couple weeks lol, I definitely recommend freezing if you don't have a large family. Also I used 1 onion instead of two, I'm not a huge fan of onions at all and when I was cutting them up I knew two would be way too much for my liking. Trust me the time that goes into this sauce is well worth it! Yummy

Mom's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground round beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 5 large cans tomato paste
  • 10 tomato paste cans water
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 6 leaves fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute the ground beef, pork and sausage until it is brown. Drain off excess fat. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Cook for 3 to 4 hours on medium heat, stirring often to prevent scorching.

I love this recipe and so does my hubby! It is sooooo freaking good!!!

(ETA- I make my own bread crumbs with crumbled bread and the over on like 250 degrees)
BREADED BAKED CHICKEN

3 whole chicken breasts
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
Skin and cut chicken breasts in half. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic salt and pepper. Dip chicken in butter, then dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Yield: 6 servings.
