It is a OS (has snaps), but the crotch is too narrow for my DD. It's very cute and soft on the inside, but it's just too narrow. She wore it once.

Me too. It will fit a smaller babe, but I got it when my DD was about 18 pounds... I didn't know it was narrow when I got it...
