I suggest you get a restraining order against him... We don't know what he could do, his words sounded like a threat to me...

We're all starting to think Rashad does need help mentally.. I going to try to get a Restraining order along with the rights being taken. Nobody will let me go anywhere by myself or anythin..

I am. Going to try but the lawyer doesnt know if they'll let me get one against him & Aiden

I do also, but Talladega County can be ridiculous.

His mother said she would tell the court/lawyer what was said if it came down to it... She's so worried about Aiden and I and what Rashad might do...

This is absolutely horrible and devastating for me. I'll be so glad when it's over and I can try to get over to the best of my abilities...

I took Aiden to the doctor for his check up after his surgery last month and they're going to do an MRI of his head to make sure he doesn't have any neurological problems causing his breathing. Means putting him to sleep and staying overnight in the hospital, but Mark does plan to take off and go with me.

Im glad you are going to try and get a restraining order...i really hope everything works out for you. I hope Aiden is okay and your observation goes well...you are in my thoughts

We're doing good, will be leaving out of town next week to Tennessee(sp) my mil's plan... she's doing great now and doesn't need any chemotherapy...

Update: I went to the lawyer today. Rashad signed his rights over. He had the nerve to bring his lil girlfriend with him. I'm still waiting on the judge and the hearing and things.

Aiden's MRI went good. They didn't find anything wrong.

Mark and I are great. We'll actually most likely be getting married before October.

Oh I about bashed her face in...but I just thought it in my head instead of doing it. I don't care who he is with or anything I'm over that, but it was DISRESPECTFUL for her to come with him on her account and his. It had NOTHING to do with her. I didn't even take Mark with me. It's nothing that concerns him. It's between ME, Rashad and OUR child.

yeah i agree with that. Andin my opinion...why would she want to accompany someone doing that? I would never be able to be with someone who will just wash his hands of his own child...but thats just me i guess. Does Aiden have Rashad's last name? If so are you changing it?
