Thanks... I'm just really dreading my appointment on Thursday (if I end up making it). She wants me to schedule a c-section for that afternoon if I haven't had the baby yet and I'm really not looking forward to that fight!

Put your foot down! Demand a BPP & a nst before you consent to a csection! Plenty of women go overdue! & if LO is doing okay, & placenta & bloodflow looks good..there's no reason to do it!

I had a successful VBAC Sunday Sept 23rd. I gave birth to our second little girl who was 19 1/2 inches and weighed 6lbs 8oz. I was schedules for a C-section the morning of the 24th so she came right in time. Labor pains started at 11:30pm Saturday night, my water broke at 6:30am Sunday morning the doc gave me 12 hours to dilate due to risk of infection. I went without an Epi until 7CM at 3:15 , which slowed me down a little but at least I got an hour or so sleep which was much needed at that point. At 6:15pm I was at 9, I started pushing at 6:50 and delivered a beautiful little girl at 8:33 PM. I avoided my C-section and got my libra baby. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I would of posted sooner but we have been so in awe of our little one. Thank you ladies for all your support and just listening. To everyone who is thinking about a VBAC I am so glad I did this! It has healed a spot in my soul and the recovery has been unbelievably easy compared to the section.
