Aday- Your little man is just too cute, he looks like he is a great joy to be around. I hope that all is well with you and your family.

Melissa- I tried luvs with Owen and we didn't have any luck with them. They broke his butt out so badly that he blistered and bled, he needed to get a special ointment from his doc to get it cleared up, he might have been allergic to something in the diapers we aren't sure. That was the reaction he got after only having one of those diapers on.

Melissa2- You asked in a PM about how Owen reacts to Rylie and the answer is he is AMAZING with her. If she cried he runs over to talk to her or sing to her. He shares his special blankie with her and he never did that before with anyone, you touch that blanket he is likely to have a meltdown lol but he will let his sister use it. I am so amazed at how well he is with her. How are your two little ones doing? Drake in better spirits today?

Kim- I was able to find some videos showing how to make different kinds of bows, if you are interested I can link you if you would like. Morgan is such a cutie-pa-tootie I loved that picture of her with her brother. You are def. blessed with three adorable kids.

Erika- Congrats on the weight loss, I am sorry to hear about that job not working out. I too believe that them not paying has to be illegal in some sort of way. I would look into that if I were you. you worked those hours you deserve to be paid for it. I am so happy to hear that your little princess is doing so well, I can't believe how big she has gotten, it seems like not too long ago you had her. Time sure does fly by doesn't it.

Angella- How have you been doing hun? How are your girls. Also did you get temperances ears pierced, or do you have any desire to do so? Cody doesn't want to get Rylies ears done but I do so we are in debate about it lol

Lacey- Aww that's so sweet of Owen!!! Aww.... I think I will want another kid in about 3 years! I just HAVE TO HAVE a sibling for these 2! Drake is in better spirits today, full of smiles but now he's sleeping so I should use this time to sleep.... but I am soooooooooooooo excited ladies!!!

I am going to start a non profit charity, I will tell you the name tonight after Dane and I purchase the domain..... and I am going to have him build me a website, and I am going to have ladies who are crafty help me out for the NICU babies. I know that my hospital where the twins were delivered will be my first project, and then from there, I don't really know how I will chose a hospital, but I am SUPER excited about this. I am not even sure If I am going to continue the QT boutique.... I really want to dedicate my time to this. Which is just crazy since I won't make any money, but I don't care! I really really really am just soooo stoked about this!!! I don't know what has gotten over me, but I haven't been to church in like ten years, I really want to go to church this Sunday! I have been in the mood to read spiritual/charity books. I can't explain what is coming over me! It's so weird, and I never ever ever had this happen before!

Does your hospital take charity also? or does the auxillary ladies just do it?

melissa - there is a group of ladies in the town i used to live in that would all get together and knit the stocking caps for the nicu babies! they are amazing and we absolutely adored the cap that we had gotten for kogon.

Melissa have you thought of maybe adding a dollar to the bows and putting it toward the charity thing. that might be a good way to raise money for buying things for making blankets and caps.

Lacey, Rylie isa doll! thanks for the comment on the kids..I am a very proud mama! I am very blessed. I would love to check out the link. You look great in your belly pick too, I think I have gained since my 3 week post prego pic, being stuck on the couch with a baby makes your body go downhill and fast! I have been trying to get out and walk more..

speaking of getting out more, my neighborhood has taken yet another turn for the worse, I dont know if I said anything before but there has been 2 home invasions on my street!! I hate going out and walking now, I am afraid! I want to move so bad! I have been making sure to take one of my dogs with me when I walk now.

Melissa 2 -I agree with kim maybe you should take so much of the boutique money towards stuff for the NICU.

Lacey-I just love the onsie Rylie has on.You look really good for 2 weeks PP.

Melissa-My son couldnt wear anything but Pampers or Huggies he would get a horrible rash like Lacey described from just one diaper.It wasnt just the butt either it was everywhere it touched.I actually havent bought diapers yet because of this so I'm going to wait and see how Evin does in the hospital with the diapers plus he might be big so IDK if I should get newborn or size 1.

Well I'm off to work again,last night I was the on call CNA so i had to stay till 2am 12hrs,and go back today.I'm about ready to just go on leave it's to hard trying to work there.

k I just made my first little bow, now be nice it is my first and I ran right through it, took me 2 minutes to make..   It is the most simple of bows but that is what I like.. little simple bows.






and her in her bumbo today, it is the first time she sat in it without screaming at me! She still doesnt look very happy!

Dane is going to make my website, and we are going to have an auction off type of thing to where I can make a crochet blanket or something, and it will be auctioned off for supplies.... I don't really know how everything is going to work. I've got to brainstorm!

thanks, as soon as I get some extra money I want to order a lil tutu from you..... those are so super cute! I just made a few more bows, same style some on clips and some on the alligater clips. Now I am trying to make an actual bow. that is hard! Sewing them is pretty easy it holds everything in place while you tweek on it a bit..

Awww I love those!!! You know what really really really helps... go to Sally's beauty supply if you have one near you and get the salon clips, just clip it in the middle of the bow while you tweak it a lil bit, and then sew.

As far as the Luvs go Caden has had no problem with a rash and he has used them for a month now the only thing that gave him a rash was the Costco brand wipes he has to use the sensitive kind.

Melissa 2, I love your idea of having a nonprofit organization, that's such an awesome thing to do. Our L&D and NICU both have volunteers that make blankets and hats for the NICU babies and families with losses. They all appreciate it so much, and so do we. My mom belongs to a knitting guild that makes hats for local hospitals. Check and see if you can team up with a local knitting, crochet, or needlepoint guild to donate in your charity's name. Check and see if you can get funding to help buy your supplies. Good luck with it!

Erika, congrats on the new interview. I think that other company was a total scam. You should report them to the Better Business Bureau, that's a crock of bull. They owe you for that time you gave them!

Lacey, Rylie is such a dolly! I love her outfits and bows, too precious. You are looking awesome for being 2 weeks post partum. I am so jealous, at 2 months PP, I've stopped losing weight and still look 20 weeks at times! Ugh, I can't wait to get my figure back!

Brandy, take it easy at work! Don't overdo it, I know those kind of places will work your butt off. The last thing you need is to go into early labor while turning a heavy patient. If you feel like it's time to go on leave, maybe you should. According to the FMLA act, I believe you can take two weeks of leave before the baby is even born!

We took Arya in for her 2 month check up today and she got her shots. Oh my God, that was so terrible to watch. I told myself that I wouldn't cry, but I couldn't help it. As soon as she started crying, both me and my hubby got all misty-eyed. I was so glad it was all over, she got 4 shots today!! She calmed down once I nursed her and slept on the way home, but was really fussy for a couple of hours after we got back. She finally fell asleep in her swing and has been there for 2 1/2 hours, poor little thing. On a good note, she loved her Pediatrician and was all smiles for her during her exam. She's really growing too. Her weight was 11 lbs 15.5 oz, up 5 pounds since birth, and she's grown 4 inches! She went from the 25th percentile at birth to now being in the 75th, oh my! What a little piggy! Here's a pic from the Doctor's office this afternoon, before the shots, obviously, lol.
