Thanks everyone! This has kind of been that "when are you going to just give up?" type of situation for us. She never should have made it thru all that surgery and whatnot in December but dad broke protocol and allowed them to resuscitate even though she was DNR and DNIntubate. He convinced the docs that she was out of her mind on meds when she agreed to that. In reality she has been saying that since 1990 when she had that major stroke. I think she was only holding on to try to get dad into the right space, you know what I mean?

How was everyone elses 4th? Did all the babies like the fireworks? Temperance insisted on watching the first few but then she just turned and went to sleep on my chest in her ringsling. I can't believe she slept thru all of that noise and flash! We do our own show so that the boys who are afraid of the fireworks can go to their rooms and whatnot.

Our 4th was a great day. We were supposed to go out on the boat, but there were too many people going, and I didn't feel like being clustered together with 10 people who are drinking etc. So we decided to just hang out at Danes dads house, and go to the carnival thing they have in their neighborhood. We took them to the playground, and we watched the band for a little while. Then we went and ate dinner, and went swimming. Drake fell asleep on me while swimming. We stayed in the pool and watched the fire works. He woke right up. Both Drake and Kera loved the fire works! Kera was grinning from ear to ear. Drake was just staring.

We had a pretty good day yesterday. We went over to Greg's parents house for lunch, and hung out over there for a while, then took Kendall to my mom's house, and went to a party. I am SOOOO glad we opted not to take her to the party- one b/c my mom loves spending time with her, and she loves spending tie with her granny. two- b/c it really was no place for a toddler, IMO. There was a hot 10 foot smoker in the backyard, and also a big deep fryer (Greg fried 5 pounds of gator tail) as well as an above ground pool with a built up paver deck around some of it with a 3 foot dropoff. Also I really don't like to bring her around adults who are drinking. It's okay for a short amount of time (before they get too many drinks in them you know)
There were 2 toddlers there, and at one point I thought I was going to have a heart attack- the parents were not watching them near the above stated dangers, I almost had to leave the party, but thankfully someone took them inside!

I wonder how Aday, Erika, Natalie,Courtney,Renee and Tami are doing. and how Princess and Andrea are doing with their LOs!

Yeah I was wondering about them too, where did they all go!

Gater tale? hmm interesting. We had sausages and a whole lot of fruit (cant tell I am preggers at all) oh and a macaroni salad. we went through almost 4 lbs of strawberries, a pound of grapes, a pint of blueberries and half of atleast a 14 lbs watermelon. I made milk chocolate chip cookies too.. had 6 of those today so I made myself work out. I have to watch that kind a stuff... shesh

I am wondering what happened to Brandy!? And all the names mentioned above.

We had steak wrapped in Bacon YUM! Kids had graduates microwave meals.

We has yummy hamburgers and Caden well right now he hates everything! he hates table food and baby food but he does love cheese-itz! I figure it is a phase and he will get over it ( I hope). But why the heck does baking a baby make you feel like a truck hit you 24/7. I feel like my head and body are 1000lb.!

I have to start working out.. I am going to take prenatal Yoga and the ghetto apartment I am moving into has a pool.
I am taking the cheaper of apartments (the one bedroom) because the other one is gone. This one I can get away with a 4 month lease but end up paying an extra 40 a month for it.I only intend on being in Alberta for 9 more months... well unless Sean decides he wants something to do with baby. If not then I am headed back to my home province to be closer to my family as soon as baby is about a month old. Crazy I know.. but I REALLY need my family. I am tired of not having anyone near me when I just need a hug or something. I have always been close with my family and being so far away really is getting harder.
My great uncle died the other day and they had a little family service for him and I didn't get to go because it was 12 hours away... that and no one told me when it was! I found out from my mom the day after.. she said it was tiny... just about 10 or so family members... but still!
Still no morning sickness for me as of yet. I am 7 weeks today. This pregnancy is a bit strange as I am really not hungry at all (only sometimes then I PIG out). fast food grosses me out (I had McDonalds tonight and it gagged me). Chocolate groses me out and same with junk food. I did however crave salt and vinegar ships today so I ate them! I do crave sour popsicles and ice cream sandwiches.
Tomorrow I will call my OB and schedule an appointment with her to see how things are coming along!

Ginger, I was actually wondering if you were going to move home, I think you should. If he shows no interest now I would go home now, being pregnant alone is a pain! I did it with nathan and it was no fun at all.
