Is it a UTI?

I have a question that is a lil bit to much but I need to no lol.......I wanted to no if I have a UTI or yeast infeection I had a UTI when I first found out I was pregnant but I dont remeber what it felt like honestly I didnt even no I had it til the doctor told me thats crazy but anyway......well it def starts to burn when I'm having sex n def after it burns and feels very uncomfortable and also sometimes it will itch but not to bad....I no they say sometimes it will burn when u pee but that doesnt happen to me....... I no the medicine I used last time was monistat so I'm guessin to use the same thing.....thanks n congrats n good luck to everyone

Doesn't sound like a UTI to me. Most of the time with a UTI you'll have pain when you urinate, and extremly frequent urge to urinate with very little output. I'm not sure what the symptoms of a yeast infection are though.

Sounds like you have a yeast infection girlie. It sucks, but they clear up in about 5-7 days. A UTI is a pain! Usually if you feel you have to urinate so bad and you only go a little bit and it hurts and you have lower abdominal pain that's a UTI and you can clear that up with amoxicilin or however you spell it (if yu not allergic) and even taking that, it could cause a yeast infection.

You should see your doctor, but I most certain that it's an yeast infection and if you are still having sex you may want to lay off atleast a week and I hope your using a condom because men can get yeast infections too...didn't know that did ya   I found that one out from my doctor when I got mine, but that was after 3 days of constant sex LOL.

LOL Yeah, I was surpriesed when my brother was a baby to find out that little boys can have a problem with yeast infections as well. My poor daugther had them bad till she was potty trained at almost 3 years old, and my baby brother had them off and on again when he was an infant. Thankfully my son didn't get any.

The burning can come from a UTI, but it would burn to pee for me when I had a yeast...hmm that would suck to have both.

its definately a yeast infection.... from my experience... and yes it is true that we can give it to our men... even if you DO use protection... because some of you is still rubbing against him... if he gets it its he would have a red rash all around that area.. .and it will make him ITCH very very bad... we used cortizone to make it stop for him... (took about a week) and for you... since your pregnant you have to go to the doctors... because you are DEFINATELY not supposed to use monistat unless they (they doctors) tell you to...
