My son has a small amount of foreskin too, so does my hubby so I figured it was normal.

all i've ever seen are just the thick ring of scar tissue (the thumb in a turtleneck), but it couldn't be pulled back/moved in any fashion.

there must be more than one standard way to circumcise... or something.

Yeah, I believe there are 3 different methods they can use to do it.

You may just have to pull back the remaining skin because it may be some scar tissue around the head of the penis.

i was searching on google because my son has the same issue of the color. i found that it's normal. (he's only 22 days old tho)
I came across this old ass thread and figured i'd check it out.
Did you ever find out what's wrong with him? was it the circumcision itself? or a uti or something?
