NIPPLE PAIN ANYONE?

ok so with both of my pregnancies in the last trimester i've gotten these really hurtful nipple attacks....like when i get cold,or sneeze, or brush up against sumthing...and it HURTS LIKE HELL it literally feels like someone stuck a hot pocker to my nipple...and it lasts sometimes 5 mins up to 10 mins...so i guess i was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? cuz i've tried looking it up and havent found anything about it...[/b]

I randomly feel like I'm getting a titty twister. I think that it's the nipple growing and prepping for milk and stuff. But, I'm not sure. I just know it is normal because my friend complained of the same thing
