Aww that was sweet of him. I got home from baby shopping with my MIL and Trav had red roses for me.   They can be sweet sometimes huh? LOL. Good luck tmrw at your appt! Hope you get some good news.

Thats really sweet you are very lucky, I hope that the doctors sort something out for you.
I didn't get anything not even an acknowledgement that it was mothers day but it didn't worry me much because she's not here yet but next year I better get something.

Good Morning Ladies!

Hope you all had a fablous weekend- Hapy belated Mother's Day to all!! I got into serious nesting mode this weekend, cleaning everything in SITE! WOW and the engergy rush was amazing! Of course aftrer that I was seriously exhausted and sore all over but I've got a very clean house- so YAY!!   Yesterday we had Mother's Day brunch/lunch with Joseph's Mom and then had a cook out at my brother's house in the late afternoon for my Mom. And FINALLY I got a CD of pictures from my Mom of my shower pictures. I'll post them shortly- only took about a month, but I got them!!

Christina- Congralations on your beautiful baby boy!!!! I hope you're both doing and feeling well!!

Ashley - you didn't have a baby this weekend did ya? I was going to text you when I woke up (but it was about 5:00 AM this morning!!0 I had a dream you had Maddox) and were texting me pictures!!

Morning ladies!! Hope everyone had a Happy Mother's Day and great weekend!!

My weekend-
Friday- Went to a baseball game with the hubby...it was a double header since the the game the night before got rained out. The second game was super boring so we left during the 5th inning. But I had hand squeezed lemonade that was AMAZING!! Oh...and Chocolate Dippin' Dots... ;)

Saturday- Juan and I got up early and finished steaming the carpets. We were supposed to watch my friend's 18 month old (she's due with #2 2 days after me!) But her husband was too paranoid to go out because he said she was "too pregnant" lol...so they ended up staying home! So Juan and I took the rest of the day to finish the nursery...FINALLY!!! (pics coming in a minute)

Sunday- Juan took the dogs out of the room in the morning because they were being insane...so I got to sleep in a little bit. I woke up to a ton of texts wishing me a Happy Mother's Day. Juan didn't say anything...I was really sad! So he left to get milk because we ran out the night before and he wanted cereal....he was gone for awhile....and when he came back all I saw was the milk...so I was super bummed....he came out from the kitchen with the dogs in each hand and 2 cards. One was from him...one was from the dogs (LOL) and Maddox! They were really cute! And then he handed me another envelope....it was for a spa!!! Can't wait!! I'm getting an "exclusive pedicure"....it comes with a seaweed wrap leg and foot massage mineral soak and a bunch of other stuff...I can't wait!!!! So I needless to say he redeemed himself....especially since he COMPLETELY forgot about Military Spouse Appreciation Day.... (I KNEW THE ONLY REASON HE GOT ME ANYTHING LAST YEAR IS BECAUSE I MENTIONED IT!!) Anywho....I'm gonna post pics of the nursery now!

OH yeah!! And Christy...Congrats on your adorable baby!! He's so precious! We forgive you for being MIA...totally understandable now! ;)

I totally hope your dreams come true!! lol! No Maddox yet! He's decided he's comfy in there and apparently has no desire to pop out and say hey!!

Christina - Congrats on your baby boy!!

Jenn - Congrats on getting so much accomplished!! I seriously wish I could find some sort of energy burst!! I'm exhausted!!

My weekend was hectic, but terrific!! I had a baby shower on Saturday with my friends and family - except for my dad's side of the family. They wanted to do one on their own. It's supposed to be on May 24, but my step-mother hasn't said anything to me about it in a long time, so I don't know if its going to happen or not. Then, my sister and I went to my Mom's for Mother's Day and we had a wonderful time!! All in all, it was a great weekend!

On the home front, hubby and I had to have a long talk yesterday about me feeling like everything is not going to get done. There is nothing MAJOR that still has to be finished, but its all these little things that are killing me!! He has been working nights and his sleep is all screwed up. I totally understand that, but we have 29 days until Braeden is due!!! I ended up crying and saying that I feel overwhelmed and like it is up to me to make sure that everything gets done. He said he feels that I am being impatient. Impatient??????  With 29 days left, I hardly think I am being impatient, but whatever! Anyway, he ended up painting the trim before he went to work last night. He is off tonight and tomorrow, so we'll see how it goes!

Well, I am going to have to start math. I hope you ladies have a terrric Monday!

Thanks girl! I think that was my holy shit I haven' t been out of bed in 2 weeks and my kitchen is a MESS face. Oh, I miss my ankles again! The bedrest/shower timing worked out perfectly- thanks to being on bedrest for 2 weeks before my shower my ankles looked fabulous for pictures and seeing everyone

OMG-the room looks great!!! So cute!! And it looks like Maddox might have have to fight off the dogs to sleep in his own room- they look pretty cozy in there
