I actually got flowers from my BF for the FIRST TIME IN 3 1/2 YEARS!!!!!!
I was in shock   Hope everyone is having a great morning!

Emma- Sorry to hear about your friend. I have lost a lot of family to cancer and it is horrible! Especially someone so young!

  I'm trying to have a good day... I really am... I just wish that when they decided I wasn't progressing and could go home that they'd have stopped the contractions so at least I'd be comfortable while not going into labor. I think the only thing the hospital trip did was make my hands and feet swell from being on a continuous IV for 14 hours. I wish Hubby would wake up (he's working night shift at the moment) since he promised me at least a Mother's Day Dinner.

contractions are getting stronger... but so far nothing worth a trip to the hospital   I guess I'll find out more at my US tomorrow... I'm determined to have made progress by the time of my appointment, two long walks so far... the contractions are a little close together to try sex I think... but it may be worth it to make things move in that direction since they obviously have no thought of stopping on their own

Happ y Mothers Day to you all!! It was mothers day here yesterday but I felt stupid posting it then so I will do it now.

Thanks to everyones kind words I have lost alot of family to cancer and I have family with cancer, but for some reason Sara still affects me and upset me to think about it but thank you for letting me get it out.  

taron I hope everything worked out ok with your ILs...

PA i wish they'd either stop your contractions or hurry them along... this being in limbo crap has to make you miserable

Happy Mothers Day! I have been busy today and now I'm sore again. I went to my parents and my Dad made us brunch! He did a really good job, I was impressed. My hubby was bein a jerk so I left him at home alone cuz I didn't wanna have to deal with that on my day. When I got home I took Toby for a 2.5-3 mile walk. Surprisingly he got tired before I did and I had to carry him the last .5 mile...guess that's probably cuz his legs are only 5 inches long.   Dang baby didn't wanna make his appearance this weekend...I haven't even lost anymore plug or show since Friday. I for sure don't wanna go past the week though...hopefully the doctor will do something for me on Tuesday. I am so sore I can't handle another 3 weeks!

Hello ladies. I had a busy weekend. Yesterday was my other shower and then our power was out for 3hrs! Then had church this morning. came home relaxed for a while then my MIL and I went Baby shoppping! It was so nice to just grab stuff we NEED and not worry about money. I got $500 in cash/gift cards!! We only spent $200 at walmart today though. Still have some items to get from Target but I think we will do just fine. Im so relieved now!

I love that feeling too...and missed it terribly after I had Lorelai...which is how I ended up pregnant with this one!!   This is my favorite part of pregnancy (even though my hips and back don't agree) due to the rolling and kicking. It's just soooo amazing I've got such a powerful person that I've grown inside me for sooo many months...and then he/she is born and goes from being powerful to being a tiny fragile little baby *tear* I'm all teary eyed now just thinking of that first moment you meet your baby.............

and yup...this is why I'm gonna end up with over a handful of kids.

Have you had any real contractions at all? That's what's getting to me, I could take the rest of the being preggo stuff, but the "false labor" stuff is getting old.. Well best of luck to both of us I guess on getting through this weeks OB visit with promising results.

Good evening ladies, one last update for today. Thanks for the support, the last two weeks have been beyond frustrating. I really hope the US tells us something. I'm thinking I have to have dilated more since I was at the hospital because I've finally lost a good porttion of my plug. It's coming out in small chunks but it's been pretty constant.

I hope everybody had a special Mother's Day. I thought mine was pretty well going to suck and it did until about 7 tonight. Hubby hadn't even acknowledged that it was mother's day other than to remind me to call my mom before he went to bed (he's working nights) he got up around 3 and still nothing... well around 6 he disappeared completely without a word (by then I was pretty pissed anyhow)I was sulking on the couch when he came home with two things of flowers (roses and daisies) chocolate and a new digital camera   ... he said he had been trying to get it all weekend but because of the contractions and the hospital stay he didn't want to leave long enough to get the stuff... needless to say all is forgiven... I do wish he had at least SAID something earlier, but guys are weird like that.
