Whhhhatever.

They just came out with Frozen Red Berry Waffles as an alternative for breakfast instead of cereal everyday.

For a diet food they are actually pretty good. I was thrilled.

Ive been doing the special k diet for 3 weeks! Im proud that im sticking to it!

What is the special K diet? Is it safe for nursing women? Has it been working for you? Sorry so many questions! I just really need to lose this baby weight! LOL

its where you replace two meals a day with special k and eat diner normal. its working good for me and i am not sure about the nursing i am formula feeding.

I bought those waffles tonight!  

That will really help me. As much as I love cereal, it does get hard eating it for 2 meals.

I had waffles that tasted like bluberry flavored cardboard...I think they were Kashi waffles.
