anyways the virus scan found three trojan hoses...which I figured but my internet is still opening up new windows on me so I don't get it..but it isn't actign as slow.

Check your pop up blocker. Viruses can mess with your settings. Make sure the blockers are still turned on.

Eric said you probably have a shitton of spyware, so you need to get that other thing I sent you to (Spybot Search and Destroy) and run a spyware scan.
