Aw, I'm sorry hun! I know you been struggling with it. You got to do it longer then I did, I only lasted 2weeks. I'm hopeing that Noah will nurse better then Ethan did. Ethan was a complete turd when it came to that. lol
Good Luck hun, if you need anything let me know!
When I lost my weight I was taking adapex(sp) It just gave me alot of energy, my doc gave it to me. It also curved my hunger. WW and all that other stuff just never worked for me.
My mom started doing LA weight loss it worked but like most diets u get tired of them so she never met her goal weight.

I was a bald baby and now I have a ton of hair but it is SUPER straight. My niece Peyton also was bald until she was like, 3 (pissed my sister in law off, everyone thought she was a boy) and she has really straight hair too.

I drink some caffeine too.  My dr. actually told me to have a cup of coffee everyday because I had such horrible withdrawal headaches!  I have also been craving beer & wine.  I know you can have a little bit while preggo, but I want a full frosty bottle of beer at a picnic or something!  I told my husband to bring a bag lunch to the hospital with beer, sushi, and a rare steak so I can have all my favorites after the delivery.  Wonder if we could sneak it past the nurses???  ;)

One reason you lips get chapped is from low water levels in your body, if you're drinking enough water then your lips should be ok. Since during pregnancy (especially 1st trimester) your body is using a lot of water (to build the placenta and amniotic fluid) you're probably just needing to drink a bit more water than normal. This is one thing I've heard, not sure if it's 100%, but can't hurt to try.

I agree with the heartburn! I'ver never had it before pregnancy, ugh..   Ibuprofen too. Tylenol has never worked on me, my pain med resistance is really high. I usually only need it once a month ;), but when I get cramps I have to take 4-5 at time for it kick in.

Oh! I just remembered, here's something you can try, have you ever had spaghetti squash? It's a hard squash like acorn, but if when you cook it and scrape out the insides it comes out in long strands, like spaghetti. It doesn't have a squashy flavor to it, and it's a great substitute for diets. I know squash can be high in natural sugar, so if you're not sure, you can probably look it up on the internet. It's definitely not as sweeet as an acorn or butternut. I used it A LOT to substitute for spaghetti (addicted to pasta myself), and it's pretty close to the real thing.

I think for a lot of people it's a texture thing.. sushi I mean. When I first started eating it, I'd only eat the pieces with the fish really chopped up, but somewhere between now and then I've grown to love it. Maybe it's because Oscar is a sushi chef, but you know! haha.. I really miss my tuna! I can't wait til I can have it again.

I'm exactly the same, I was bald til I was too, but now I have SUPER straight hair, and so much I don't know what to do with it! haha

See the only thing I haven't given up (besides chocolate) is my medium-rare steaks, I refuse to eat steak that's cooked so long it's like leather. I figure I'm giving up everything else, this one thing is still going to be mine. The only thing you want to watch eating steaks not well done, is where you go to eat them. Busy places are great to go to have non-well-done steak. It means they have a lot of turn over, and that their product isn't sitting around for days on end. Plus most of the time when you go to not so nice restaurants you tell them med-rare and it come med-well or well done, because the cook doesn't know when to stop. Sorry too much industry info for you guys! lol, but it could be helpful for you later.

hey,
I am home, surgery went good. So far no complications that i can tell. still a little achy at times, but not much. a little hard to type lying down though, lol. he did say that i may have to be addmitted into the hosp at 5 months again so that they can observe me more. i hope to prove him wrong by just being on bed rest from now on. i also heard him say that my cervix is softer than it should be at 12 wks, but he did not mention anything to me.
