prepregnancy i was 269 and in a size 20 jeans (lifting weights and cna im assuming thats why my jeans werent bigger) and at week 10 same pants but weighed 174 pounds. OB was happy with me. but NOW that im at 25 weeks i weigh 302 and feel like an over sized watermelon. I suprise all the doctors i see though. My blood work and vitals are all perfectly normal of that of a normal sized person   . i have some emotional issues but other than that im just like a normal person but not everyone seems to see it like that. ive tried dieting, pills, exersizing. the works cant never get the weight off. the problem they find with my baby is that they can not see the 4 chambers in the heart   is that normal??????

I was wondering... When i was pregnant with my daughter my sister in laws were both pregnant too. they also were both slender. They both got 3d ultrasounds, and went to the same doctor as me. I was never offered one and I was afraid to ask because I thought maybe I was too fat for one. lets face it no one wants to see all their fat in 3d  . I was wondering, have any of you ladies gotten a 3d ultrasound? How did it look im 20 wees and I go monday to find out the gender! I thought about asking my ddoc if later in the pregnancy I can get a 3d ultrasound. Whats your input??

I am glad to see other plus size moms on here. I have always been big, I was 12# 15 oz at birth and now I am 301 but I am also 5'11 . My husband and I tried to conceive for for almost 13 years . I had decided to quit smoking and to really start eating better and walking at least 2000 steps a day and I had lost about 65 lbs and then thought I had got food poisoning from a restaurant but when it lasted more than 2 weeks I decided to finally take a test and it was positive.

Expectant mommy86, I was 286 with last pregnancy and I had a 3d ultrasound and it was pretty good pic of her. So yes you can get 3d. It is something I would ask about at your appointment

My biggest thing right now is the fact that I'm not showing at all, I look like I did before I got pregnant, One of my friends is a week behind me in her pregnancy and she's already showing, me....well....I'm hoping this time around I have a belly to show off.

Hey!!!! So I am 6ft tall, halfway through my pregnancy and I'm 257lbs. I am so glad to not be the only one wishing I had a cute baby bump or cute maternity clothes. Anyways I'm finding out the gender tomorrow and I was wondering if being plus size is going to affect being able to see the babys genitals
