Question about pain

I have a question this is my second child and for some reason I am having extreme pain in and around my vagina. Now I haven't been to the doctor's yet about this issue but I asked one person they said it is normal and the other one advised me to go see my doctor. Now what it is, is if I stand up and lay a certain way I get this sharp stabbing pain there and I can't walk or move for a second (or the pain worsens) until the pain goes away... Anyone know what might be going on? See the only reason why I am worried is because this didn't happen with my first child.

Okay I had sharp pains like that and my doctor said its normal because when the baby gets bigger there are a bunch of nerves down there that the baby can lay on wrong. If your worried still call the doctor but Im sure your fine. Somtimes Arie would push on a nerve that would put me in tears!!!
