question about 4 month olds

My boy is 15lbs and 26inches long. He has just started veggies because he was not satisfied with formula.

Most Drs say to wait til 6 months for fruits and veggies, because your baby gets all of their nutrients that they need right now just from breastmilk or formula.

My daughter is 4 months and she weighs 16lbs and is almost 26 inches long. 95th percentile.... her Dr said we could start cereal and food, but I am going to wait. Obvisouly my breastmilk is good enough for her!   The chunker that she is.  

Emily is just over 6 months. She was happy with only formula until 6 months. She has stared rice cereal and about 2 weeks after that I gave her peas. She was 15lbs 6 oz at her 6 month appt. She also gets a 5 oz bottle with her cereal and a 4 oz one with her food. In between she gets 6 oz bottles.

my son just got weighed today and he is 17 lbs 6 oz and i do not know his height but he is super long...at 2 months he was 24 inches....but his daddy is 6 foot 6

Lauren was 14lbs 2ozs & 24.5in at her 4 month well-baby!

They said it's ok to start cereal but, she is doing just fine with formula...so we are going to hold off...ever couple days, I try to feed it off a spoon and she just has no interest! I personal feel there is no rush!

Kira was 14 lbs 5 oz and 25 inches long at her 4 month appt. I started her on cereal at 5 months and will do baby food soon.

i just took ethan to be weighed thursday.

he was 19lbs 3oz. i'm not sure of his height, but he has an appointment on the 12th so we shall see.

Benjamin was 24lbs 28' he's almost 5 months now..

Doctor said she's pretty petitie and only in the 25th percintile!!

Hannah's almost 4 months and I'll weigh her tomorrow at my Dad's. She's about 26.5 inches long though.


At her 3 months she was 12lbs 9oz and 25 something inches long. So I'm guessing she'll be around 13-14lbs now.

4 months...humm... i think Hunter was about 16lbs if I'm not mistaken.. I can't remember that far back, sorry.. lol but he's 22.8 now at 10 months

My boy is in the 99 pecentile in height and 88 percentile in weight....I asked the doctor if it meant he would be a tall or big boy, and he said that it isn't an indication of how big he will be later, so no worries about the "big girl" scare!! I have heard that at 2 if you double their height that will be how tall they are. That's crazy to me!!

I wouldn't worry about their size yet. She is going to loose a lot of weight and baby fat when she starts moving.
My baby is almost 18 lbs and 27 inches. She is going to be a tall girl and only healthy eating choices are going to determine if she is fat ave or skinny.
And as far as fruits and veggies it just depends on what you want to believe. Some people say wait other say give them now. I give them now, but my Dr. said she was ready. And she really likes the ceral better anyway

Calix weighs about 20-21 lbs and he is 27 in.s long. I started Calix on veggies when he turned 4 months. He was not satisfied with formula at all.
