I figured out it's a 6 inch crochet headband, so if you know of anyone who sells them on here let me know lol.

I found 6" headbands on ebay. Now I need to find instructions on how to make a tutu dress.

Hey there,did you ever find out how to make them?   If not,I can tell you. If you are making one for a child 2 and over,I would suggest getting a 7.5" or bigger one which you can find on ebay as well. gardenladyfluffy or jgirlzaccessories
