posted 30th Jun '06
okay so im 3 months and havent exercised until today after my cousin told me she gained 115 pounds from being lazy, eating anything she wanted, andnot exercising at all.... i know its good for you because i heard it makes it easier on you to have the baby and its also good because you lose more weight after the baby is born so i've decided to start walking for 35 mins almost everyday what about you guys whats your exercise routine????

I usually use a recumbant bike for about 30 minutes a day. It makes me feel a lot better!

Yeah, I excercise every night. I break a sweat every time I try to roll over in bed!!

That's probably the extent of it.

Or if you count the physical exertion (sp?) of trying to put my shoes on AND tie the laces. I'd say that's a work out.

lol, I know what you mean! My hubby laughs bc I can't change positions or get up from sitting without making a noise. And I've given up on laces. Slip-ons only for me, lol. That's why I use the bike instead so I can do it barefooted!

I did in the beginning, but my doctor told me not to get my heart rate above 130 so it became a hassle. I had to wear one of those watches that monitor your heartrate, and doing much of anything active makes your heart rate go above 130.

I'm just way to tired from sitting on my ass for 8 hours a day at work (on baby-gaga mostly) that I'm just too tired to excercise .. LOL!
Well, I do have a 25 year old and a 4 year old at home that I have to take care of also .. LOL! They give me enough exercise

I walk on the treadmill for about 20 minutes with 2 lb weights and then work my biceps and triceps and then work my legs and back. I do this same routine about 3-4 times a week or if I feel like!
