I just zoomed in and you can see a huge hole on the left side of the diaper bag. Lol

Um no there isn't lol. I think I see what you're seeing but that seems to be some kind of crease in the bag. As you can see from the picture the buyer posted, the hole she is referring to is on the seam.

Nope! I just zoomed in again this time closer and is clear that is a huge hole on the side.  

And it is the seam coming undone so not really a hole but still you can see it really clear that you shipped it in that condition

we talked through a pm and she told me if i send it back she will refund me 21 what i paid for it. but i have to pay shipping back to which is 10.00 so i will only get 11 dollar and have nothing to show for my 10.00. but she said its no fair to her to lose money....what do i do? i don't want to lose money.

She is responsible for it. She sold it with a hole (the picture show the damn hole) She neeeds to pay shipping. Send it back C.O.D. and let her deal with it.

It's also not fair for her to stick you with a product that came in condition other than what was advertised..

I didnt see it at first until i zoomed in. Thought that might help people see it  

I should have other pics of the bag on my home computer. There was definitely not a hole. I'm not sure what that is showing in the picture. I will be home tomorrow afternoon to try and clear that up. But regardless up until another mama pointed it out, she has been complaining of a hole on the BOTTOM of the bag. If possible, please post a pic showing where the hole is on the bag.

Either way as a seller you are responsible. you owe her and should pay for the shipping back.
