Ok, so here's my side of the story. I sold a classic pooh diaper bag with all the accessories, a pooh stuffed bear with the tags still on it, and a pooh pacifierstill in the packageto the seller for $15. I also charged $6 for shipping (which ended up costing me $10) so her total was $21. The item she is having an issue with is the diaper bag. I had never used the diaper bag & it had absolutely no dirt or holes whenI sent it to the seller. These pictures were taken the same day I posted the sale. You can see the bottom of the bag in the first picture, and there is NO hole.
As you can see from the pictures, the bag was in great condition. I am not sure how the bag got dirty and a hole in it when the seller received it. The other two items were still in their original condition (as I understand) and I packed it well.
However, I told the buyer I would issue her a refund if she sent my items back. In my experience buying items online, like ebay, etc., usually the buyer must pay to ship back the item if they want a refund. This mom wants a refund AND keep the item. I already lost money on the deal, as the shipping cost was more than i expected. If she would at least send back the other two items that are still in good condition, I will issue her a refund of$15.
