Hey. I just found out that I'm pregnant with my first baby. I'm 15, and a little scared, but anxious at the same time. Can anyone tell me what it'll be like, or any tips to make the pregnancy as smooth as possible?

Congrats! You should be very proud of yourself for choosing life over death for your baby. Becoming a young mother is one of the hardest but most honorable things a woman can do. How far along are you? One of the best things you can do for yourself is take it easy. Relax as much as possible and try as best as you can to avoid stressful situations. (Although being pregnant causes tons of stress. lol.)Baby Gaga is a great forum to hang out on. Everyone here is very supportive and helpful. I'd love to talk to you more, either here, or catch me on myspace at www.myspace.com/actionpink

Yeah, I'm excited. Kind of scared though. I haven't told my parents yet, but me and my boyfriend are doing okay as of right now. I had my first doctor's appointment today. My due date is September 8th. Thats soooo far away.

heyyyyyyyyyyy!!... congrats on the lil one!! best wishes!! just wanted to say, i think you should find out wen ur first ultrasound is and if its not to far away you should wait til then to tell your parents!! my best friend presented the news 2 her parents with her ultrasound and they were skeptical at first yanking their hair out but once she showed them the u/s they instantly fel in love and supported her 100% throught out her pragnancy.. cuz seriously WHO CAN RESIST AN ULTRASOUND!!... if its to far away then u should think of something cuz the sooner you tell them the better.. and make sure your boyfriend goes with you to tell them it gives them a sense of responsibility from both sides!! good luck and feel free 2 contact me www.myspace.com.michnyiyo[/img]

At that age I can saying telling your parents can be tough and if they start filling you head with abortion ideas (just saying) and you want to keep the baby, stick to your guns. I'm 20 and in the beginning of my pregnancy I was just sick. I had all day sickness and I tried every cure under the sun...nothing worked. They may work for you though. I was really nervous and scared (still am, but for different reasons) and I had to try to stay calm. Don't try to stress so much because it's not good for the baby. It's really cool when you get to 17-18 weeks and you can feel little flutters or tickles from the baby moving around   I'm 22 weeks and I feel little bumps now and last night was the first time I actually felt her move!! I was laying down watching Grease, You're the one I want! on Bravo around like 1:00am and I felt the little bumps and they were harder so I touched my stomach and felt it!!! It was so cool.

Don't be scared. There are SO many girls in here your age and one girl is 14 and they are doing it and even though ya'll are just young ladies, the ones who choose to step up and have the baby and stand up to their parents and explain to them that this was no necessarily what you wanted, but it just happened and you want to chose life and carry on God's blessing...those girls are not young ladies, ya'll are women, straight up. They may not be so cool in the beginning and you might even get upset and cry and "think" too much, but mature yourself and talk to them like you are 15 going on 30 and hopefully they will understand. I will pray for you and congratulations sweetie. Take care.

HI. My name is Bri...I am 17 and expecting August 25th. I am 7 weeks pregnant and although this is my second pregnancy tellin my parents wasn't easy. I don't think it will ever be easy for anyone. No matter how old you are. (lol) It will be hard...you will enjoy it. You will have your high points and your low points but all in all it will be worth it. Congrats and I hope things work out for you.

i was pregnant at 15. i was shocked and scared at first. i had really bad mornings sickness up until i was 3 months. then i would get the ligament pains because my body was stretching but that was not pain that i would drop to the floor. then i would get the heartburns and backaches. and the real contractions they hurt like a bitch. i would suggest you get the epidural cuz it helps out a lot. i slept through my whole labor until i was ready to push. and when the head crowns you feel like you have to take a big ass shit that won't come out and you feel lots of pressure and when they tell you to breathe you wouldn't want to cuz you would just want to take your baby out.
