baby acne?

my son is almost 3 months. and he has baby acne. how do i get rid of it? and im bad with pickin' at his face because i do the same with mines.   but, can someone help me out? please

i use johnson and johnson baby bar soap on madyson's face and thats what my mom used on me and my brother.

i was told not to use anything and just wash it with water and pat dry and they will go away.

my three week old had them all over her cheeks and i did that and it was gone within a few days.
