My hospital bag is jam packed and so is the baby's. They are in my trunk and I am ready! Two more weeks until my c-section and I can't wait!!! I way over packed but I'd rather have too much then too little!

Doc is saying induction on 6/30 or I could sponaneously go early...so I am packing this weekend.

My mom suggested packing the formula and bottles that I planned on trying first...so that our little girl doesn't get attached to their formula/bottles. thought that was a good idea too. We are going to try to breastfeed, but wewanted a backup plan in case I don'tproduce milk.

That might be a good idea but it also might not be necessary. You could always ask someone to bring the bottles if you end up needing them.

Yeah, I thought that too...but my hospital is about 1 hour away from the house. They aren't taking up that much room, so I figured why not...

Well in that case go for it   I personally loved those little 2 oz bottles of formula from the hospital.

I overpacked with both of my daughters but underpacked my husband's stuff . We live preety far away from our hospital and we had a msicommunication with the last one and he didn't have anything to sleep in which you partner will definately want since you will have nurses coming in on you at all hours of the night. I am also never forgetting socks and slippers for any trip to the hospital again since I have extremely small feet and their's never fit. With my first daughter they had to go to the kids ward to get the slipper socks small enough to fit. I now pack three different bags. The stuff for labor, the stuff for post partum adn the babies bag. My hubby is packing his own this time.

A gown Pads and Baby Wipes for you and the baby lol!! Because youre a bloody mess from the birth, the bloody show, when ur water breaks, the plantea, and when they message you uterus. And after birth it tends to bleed for about a month so bring pads. Its like a month long period or it might be heavy discharge either way you will need a pad. Make that a heavy duty one. Dont bring tampons because thats no were it bleeds from. They might be a good idea for when they meesge ur uterus but change it after every message were a pad too. And the gown bring a old comfortible one. One you dont mind possible messing up (if you forget the Pads lol)
PS when they message ur uterus ALOT of bloos rushes out it feels like a contraction when they do it.

What kind of outfit do we take the baby home in? I heard that a little dress isn't a good idea becaus eof the car seat but I'm not sure exactly how much coverage she will need since it will be the end of July. Comfy pajamas?

You could do pajamas if you want. Or they have really cute sets with pants and a onesie, that's what my son came home in.
