My due date is Sept. 4th. My second child. I have a girl (18 months) named Jordan. I was shocked at first..it was unplanned but i'm getting more and more excited every day! Would love to talk to other Sept. moms!

I am due September 2nd and I am 6 weeks. This is my third pregnancy. I have had two miscarriages. I just recently recieved my HCG levels. I am waiting for my doctor to look at them but my husband stole a peek and said the first day I was at 7 thousand something and then next time I was at 14 thousand something. I was wondering is that a little high yet? I talked to other woman due in September and they said they were only 300 or 600. Plus he said the number didn't double by about 200 points so I am worried. What do you think?

i'm not sure. I don't remember what the normal is...it has been so long! I haven't even scheduled an appt...of course they won't take me until 8 weeks. Wish I could help more. So do you have girls/ boys or both? I have a feeling that I will have a boy. And boy names are so hard for me.. haha.

My doctor doesn't do HCG tests so I'm not sure of the levels and what is considered normal, but it's the higher the better? Could it maybe mean you are carrying multiples? I'm not trying to freak you out, but I thought that was how it worked....maybe I'm wrong.

Hi there! I just found out I was pregnant yesterday and I still can't believe it! The line was faint so of course I had to take another test this morning! I am not due for my period until Thursday so I think it will really hit me then.
When I called the doctor yesterday they said my due date was September 16!

I also have an 18 month old but he is a boy! It is so much fun but it makes me anxious to think of 2 running around. What about you?

Hey hey,

I am due my first on sept 3rd, so excited but very busy being sick and having no appetite (such a beautiful time   )
Any ideas of how to lessen the blow of morning sickness? I have been given travel bands by the chemist which press on my pressure points on my wrists which seem to help, but i can't sleep with them on. I also fainted on saturday, which terrified my partner, apparently all these things are normal....is anyone else going through similar? Oh and also does anyone else have the strange feeling they know what sex they are having, as i am convinced i'm having a girl.

My estimated due date is Sept 13th. I am still not feeling much sickness, only when my stomach gets empty (and I am not complaining!!), but I've heard that it gets worse on the next weeks... let's see. I've been feeling small cramps at the end of my belly, but my doctor said that is absolutely normal and I also have been feeling more hungry and sleepy.

(Please forgive my English, because that is not my first language... I am Brazilian)

Congrats on your little bundle.
You are lucky not to feel much sickness, i have felt it for the past week or so. I can't hold down food and i'm very grumpy.

Everyone is saying they are having cramps but i don't seem to have had any (which is almost concerning) is it just as normal not to have any?

I rally do think if i went to bed now i could easily stay there for a week without waking up.

According to the online calculations from the 1st day of my LMP, my due date is September 13th!   I go in again on January 30th for my first real appointment, where they'll do the ultrasound to give me a definate due date. I can't wait!

Caroline - They say that you should eat small meals frequently through out the day to help with morning sickness. It is said to get worse when your stomache is empty. Also walking around can make it worse. You might want to lay down to help it out when it is bad. There is also a product called prego pops. They are popsicles designed to help with morning sickness. If they don't sell it in store near you then you might want to try online. I wouldn't worry about your symptoms you seem to be having plunty. I have been talking to many women and they don't seem to have too many symptoms until about 7 weeks. I wouldn't stress. That is the worst thing you could do. Trust me I speak from experiance.

Good luck to you all and keep us posted.

I hope i'm replying to you correctly..i'm new to this site.
but yeah, i'm nervous too, about having 2 little ones hanging on my leg. hahaha. I have a feeling I'm having a boy this time. because my sister went to this psychic and she predicted I would be preg and have a boy. really weird!
I just hate being uncomfortable when i try to sleep..chich is later down the line of course. I do hope the labor is easier!!

Yes, I'm convinced that i am having a boy. I already have a girl. and I knew, when i was preg with her, too!
as far as morning sickness...i always drank ginger ale and ate crackers. get lots of rest. and do simple yoga exercises..it relieves stress and helped me prepare for birth!
