re: September baby!

such an adorable pic. looks like she was posing just for the pic. lol!!!! well chloe didn't get up till 11 this morning. so i gave her some lunch around 3 and was going to lay her down to take a nap. well she didn't want to take a nap so she just sat in her bed and played for about an hour. i like for her to take naps but if she don't i am ok with that too but she has to stay in there and just relax and chill out for a while. it is good for her and me too lol!!! is that mean of me to do that with her?

thats not mean at all! i call it katelyns quiet time when she does that. its not very often, but sometimes she needs it.

ok so it is 12:20am and i can't sleep. my back is killing me. it has been hurting for a few days. if i stay busy and moving i don't feel it, but as soon i sit down for a few mins then get back up o m g. it was hurting so bad that i was almost unable to lay chloe down in the crib to go to bed. anyway, so i have noticed the past few nights that i have went in to check on chloe before i go to bed,(i go in and check on her every single night before i go to bed and tell her that mommy and daddy love her andsweet dreams)i will roll her over and give her her ribbit and cover her up. well when i go to put the covers over her she will put her legs straight up in the air and sleep with them there. i mean i know they sleep in some very uncomfortable looking positions but i mean that is just taking it a little far don't you think. so i take her feet and push them down and she will roll over to her left side and be sound asleep the whole time. does anyone else's little one do that.? i have not missed a night of checking on her yet in 10months. i think it is just a very precious peaceful moment watching her sleep. i wish so badly that she would let me hold her and rock her to sleep but she won't. i have tried several times before and she wants to play instead of going to sleep. she hasn't let me rock her in a couple months now. she is growing up to fast and it kinda feels like she don't need me anymore. i know that's crazy cause i know she needs me but i just feel that way. is that normal? so you know that there is absouletly nothing on tv at midnight on a sunday. well i did find this show call talk sex with sue. it think it is out of canada. has anyone else ever seen this? i have seen it before but it has been a few yrs ago. she is an older lady and by that i mean she could be my grandmother, and she is on tv telling people how to correct their sex lives. well i am rambling so i guess i will go and see if i can find some infomercials on tv or maybe count some sheep. i will check in with you ladies sometime tom. i hope that you all had a great weekend.

Just on here for a quickie (lol!) Just wanted toshare these two pics.

This one is a pic of Ash wearing his new trendy knee pads. I bought them off ebay and I think he looks like a little wrestler.lol. My hubby just rolled his eyes at them and said that they were a waste of money. The length that I would go to to makeAsh's lazy ass crawl!  BUT YAY, THEY WORKED! He did the four point stance for the first time in his life! He didn't know what to do next. It didn't take long for him to start crying cause he was stuck in that position but HE DID IT!


And I love this pic so much. I love his little dimple bum!!!!!



BTW Katelyn is so beautiful Aggie mommy!!!!!!!!! Hows prego life treating you? I am so green with envy!

Just a quick pop in here to check in with you lovely ladies. Been pretty backed with kids, house paperwork, and just general craziness.... lol

I will be so glad when the 31st gets here.... that's when we close escrow on our home. YAY! Half a month to go. It was too funny the other day... I took in my final loan docs (bout a half hour drive to get to the office) and on the way home I was thinking, "Woo-hoo! All done until we go in to sign our life away for two hours on the final signings. HA! Little did I know... lol.... Was sitting at home 3 hours laterrelaxing (and messing around on here of course) and I get a knock at the door.... It's a freak'in courier with a HUGE envelope of papers from my escrow officer for me to go through and sign - UUUGH! I'm telling ya, this paperwork thing is getting out of control. I have even had nightmares to where I have papers (looking much like the card army in alice in wonderland) marching towards me singing "OO-EE-OO"wanting to dog pile on me and swallow me whole! LoL

Rudolph - What a cute bum... I love babies tooshie's. LOVE LOVE LOVE the knee pads. We're huge WWE fans here and love wrestling... I think I am going to give him a wwe superstar name.... Smashing Ash! tee-hee-hee... He really is just a doll.

Bensbama - Please let Oh no know that she and her hubby are in my thoughts and prayers for his speedy recovery. So sorry bout your back probs. Maybe you could get your hubby to give a good rub down... wink wink wink.... always helps when my back and hips hurt to have hubby take care of me.
If you wanna take something for it, try the Excedrin for Migraines... works like a charm for me when hubby is too tired. And I agree late night sunday tv SUCKS! I haven't been able to get myself into sleepmode and bed before 1:00 for the last few weeks... ahhh the wonders of stress.... and there is just generally nothing on, OR, rarely something really good on and doesn't bore the piss out of me so I can sleep and I stay up even later.......

Well off to get dressed... kiddos should be here from their father's house in about an half hour and I am still in my nightgown and only on my first cup of coffee.... Will be around later... Take care girls!

well chloe is 10months old today. man time is going by way tooooo fast. is there anyway to stop time? well i am babysitting for a friend of ours today. i started keeping her daughter about a month ago. i have her 2 dys one week and 3 dys the following wk. so it not all that bad. i plan on being lazy and playing with both kids today. you ladies have fun today.

i think shes gotten bits and pieces of it when ive given her spaghetti and stuff. not a lot though. i was worried i wasnt supposed to yet LOL

Nope no hamburger yet... but we have done puree'd beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, and the gerber veal. The other meats have all been homemade. Kelly also LOVES LOVES LOVES pancakes. Ordered her one the other day when we went out to breakfast. I peeled off the outside and fed her the mushy inside. She also likes her biter biscuits, the melts, canned beets and pasta.

I have started to get away from making her all her food. She absolutely love the gerber 3rd stage dinners. The fruit from the jar is a bit too strong and she still has an aversion to the preservative in it. And I make all her plain veggies too.

I know what you mean.. Kelly is going to be 11 mo in less than 2 wks and will be one in less than two months.  I am just dizzy over how grown up she is getting. Her sissy (my 8yr old) taught her to stand at the sofa today. I have no idea she was ready for that. Scarey! She is gonna be cruis'in soon!

oh kelly i am so excited for you. you go girl show your mommy that you are ready to walk around. mrsh sounds like she is catching up with the other kiddys quite nicely. i am so proud of her.

chloe is so funny right now she is in her play pen and i am sitting in the floor next to her typing this. well every once in a while i will look up and just like mommy mommy but sing it and she will just squeal and laugh it is sooooo funny. also her little blankie that is a frog (his name is RIBBIT) i can ask her where is ribbit and she will look around and find him pick him up and pat him. i taught her to pat that is the way she gives him love. i will pick up ribbit and put him on my shoulder and pat him and say love ribbit love ribbit then i can hand it to her and she will do the same. any how i am off to spend a few more mins with her then she is off to bed. i will hollar at you lovely ladies after while

ok ladies you guys are smart i am hoping you can answer my question cause for some reason i just thought of it.

ok so i know at a yr old the dr wants her to come off formula and drink whole. and i am all for that i love whole milk. but what about her other baby foods, such as the stage 3 and the oatmeal cereal. at that point can i give her the reg oatmeal like what i eat just with nothing in it (like butter and sugar). i d k. to me seems like my child will starve lol!!!! i know she won't but i just don't know what i can give her or not. please save me from starving my child lol

K so i have a minute and so I thought that i would pop on to see how everybody has been. Thanks to all for your thoughts and prayer for my husband...hes doing better now..well hes on the couch and tries to do things for himself but hes still in alot of pain. HEs not minding the stay at home time at the moment cuz hes actually getting to spend more time with the family.

bensbama...i personally think that regular oatmeal might be a bit much yet but hey what do i know...better to ask the doc. She had some of Nicks pizza burger today and loved the crap out of it.

I went to wal-mart today(yeah my second home) and thought about buying her some more 3rd stage foods but decided not too. Theres no reason why i cant find things around the house she can have.

Aryah is 10 months today and I can not beleive she will be one in two months. I forget, did everybody figure out what they are getting their little ones for their first?? I am still clueless but think i will look online right quick...
