ok so for about the last week or so my lil girl whose 22 mths old has been acting really cranky alot and whiney and destructive to things like making huge messes...and im not talking the normal every day stuff i mean like major messes and shes been scratching alot lately and being hurtful towards me(not her dad but me) and she's usually a very helpful lil thing...loves to get stuff for me like when we change her diaper and stuff she will run and go get the diaper for me and i can barely get the diaper back on her before she's trying to get up to go throw it away...but lately she wont even come to me when i call her...she will look right at me and glare and say no or just stare at me....
...so i guess im wondering if maybe my hormones from the pregnancy are effecting her, or is the terrible 2's kicking in??? LOL i want my sweet lil girl back!!!
ok well thank you ahead a time...i hope someone can help me!!!

My little boy is 21 months old and I am due with our second right after his birthday. So far he doesn't seem to notice a change in me at all. He doesn't grasp the concept of having another baby.
If you have already set up for the new baby, maybe she is just reacting to knowing that some sort of change is coming and that is what is upsetting her. I would guess that is the case and that after you have the baby and introduce her to her new little sibling that she will be back to normal.
Good luck!

Are you having less patience, more tired, anything like that? If so she might be reacting to what she sees in you. I know my kids easily pick up on the days I haven't slept well and have little patience and act out because they can likely get away with it...or go to bed early...depends on how much energy is in my reserve bank!
Or it could be terrible twos...or she could just be a stubborn little girl coming into her own! We have a son and a daughter and our son is more frequently an angel and poor Gracie has heard that she's a trouble maker so much that she announces it to people! If they say something like "oh, I bet you're daddy's little girl, aren't you?" She'll respond with "no, my trouble maker!" She's just over 2!
Try to stay calm and continue to spend quality time with her when you can, but don't let her get away with misbehaving. good luck.
